"Do you think we'd still be together in another universe?" You mused aloud, running a hand through Xiao's hair, fingers catching and unthreading small knots. Eyes focused on the ceiling.
He paused for a moment, as if considering it, before shaking his head exasperatedly and pushing it further against your chest. Voice muffled by your warm skin.
"Go to bed."
The night air settled, with a single huff escaping your lips. That wasn't a good enough answer from him, certainly not for your standards—and it wouldn't deter you.
"But like, what if we're already married with 5 kids." He shifted in the sheets, hooking a leg with yours as you spoke. Trying to get closer, but heavily reconsidering after you kept talking. His brows knitted together in a mix of exhaustion and resignation. Clearly, he was too tired for your midnight hypotheticals.
"Let's be real, it'd be cats. Not kids–"
"Go. To. Bed."
Xiao's words were muttered more roughly, faux-frustration slipping through his tone as he squeezed his strong arms around you once for emphasis. His grip slowly went slack again, melting into you with a sigh. A brief moment of silence slipped by, interrupted only by the wind whistling at the window, and the rustling of clothes as he tried to push closer.

Plot :- Waking up in the morning with the Akatsuki men
A/N :- Ik ik- BUT- after I finish making my character headers for OW2 I'll open requests for a week or until I get 5 reqs. This seems a bit scattered in some places, been a minute since I wrote for the Akatsuki so I'll have to practice some more. 🏮 On the CHANCE that you can actually wake up early with him or he decides to stay in bed longer will you have any sort of a morning with him
🏮 He's constantly doing something, so on the off chance he's not doing anything and stays its both awkward and nice
🏮 It's a rare thing when he does, so waking up with the shared weight from laying down the previous night told you that he stayed
🏮 There quiet, just the sounds around you two, pushing yourself up and rubbing at your eyes to chase off the sleep
🏮 Pein, finally moving, turned to look at you, his purple spiral eyes looking heavy, a faint outline of tired lines tracing his eyes
🏮 Seeing him look anything other than deadpanned and plan driven is something you alone get to see (maybe Konan too-)
🏮 Reaching over and slowly carding your fingers through his orange hair, moving your hand to hold the back of his head, his eyes opening again when you stopped
🏮 Wrapping his arms around you waist and pulling you back into him, he begins placing small kissed a long your cheeks and ending it with one in your nose and eyes
🏮 Giving in to his lazy pull, you lay back down in his embrace, nuzzling your head against his shoulder, handing running slowly up and down your back
🏮 No words needed to be said to understand anything be conveyed, he was simple and forward when he wanted something, being with him for so long showed you than plenty of times
Deidara
🎐 2 things- your waking up first- and your waking up with hair in your face and mouth
🎐 He seems like someone who falls under the category of 'I need my beauty sleep' otherwise how else is he supposed to make great masterpieces?
🎐 Waking up with Deidara consists of him being moody and grumbling about his hair cause he sleeps with it down
🎐 You and him both lounge in bed, letting what sleep clings to you slip off as you make conversation and some plans
🎐 Has his arm hooked around one of your own, allowing him to yank you back into bed with a cheeky smirk
🎐 You get ready in bed, your stuff not far so that you both can get dressed in bed and do
🎐 He has you help him brush his hair, long blonde hair with frays and tangles till you get a brush through it
🎐 Has fallen asleep again a few times from letting you brush his hair back out, denies that he did
🎐 Helps you with your hair if you have any, styling, brushing or combing, hell even helping you shave it, he's got enough hair for the both of you anyway
🎐 50/50 by the time you two are done if you get breakfast or just brunch, never consistent enough to get breakfast every time
Itachi
🥀 The sweetest one to wake up with really
🥀 Whether it's together or just minutes before, he's waiting for you for a little or your waiting just a bit
🥀 He makes some hot tea for the both of you to sip on while you wake up, some light conversation sprinkled in
🥀 He doesn't stay in bed long after waking up, he's a morning guy, so typically he may staying in bed for like 5 minutes longer before getting up and getting dressed
🥀 You make breakfast together, he takes care of half of it and you the other, a tasty meal to start the day
🥀 Though Kisame will join you at times he's not all that bad, good conversation and not so annoying to be around considering other partners
🥀 Your sweet as can be in secret and have a significant amount of PDA in the mornings when others are waking up
🥀 Kisame knows how head over heels Itachi is for you, it intensifies in the mornings
🥀 Watching you attempt to wake up as early as him when he has missions, just to give him a long kiss and hug before he goes melts him internally
🥀 He loves his mornings with you, be it docile or missions, he appreciates your efforts and reciprocates its in full, he's so in love with you 🫶
Kisame
🦈 Another sweetheart with a gruff exterior
🦈 Kisame was relatively closed off from the start and even for awhile in your relationship, but once he was truely comfortable and knew you weren't going anywhere he got softer
🦈 Mornings with Kisame either has him in bed with your limbs tangled, or he's off on a mission, another one that leaves you a note when he leaves
🦈 If not expecting any job or mission, he'll typically wait for you to wake up so you can spend time together and possibly go out and get breakfast
🦈 Sometimes you wake up with him already back from picking something up or made something for you to eat when you awake
🦈 Loves to wake you up with gentle bites, showing your liking to his razor teeth gave him such a boost one morning and he adores doing so from then on
🦈 You ain't getting up if you wake him up first and convince him in doing so, he's go an iron grip around your waist
🦈 It soothes him to feel you near him, makes him worry less with your heated skin pressing to his cool one
🦈 Loves with you wake him up with kisses or by playing with his hair, the smile you have when he barely cracks his eyes open after you notice make him grin like aloof
🦈 You both could just stay in bed and chat the morning away too, having deep conversations with you about pasts or even futures are a treat
Obito/Tobi
🍡 50/50 whether you find him in bed or not
🍡 He has 2 personas to keep up with after all, but you know the real one when it comes down to it
🍡 Wakes up with his head buried in your neck or chest, feeling the body heat of the person he let get close to him soothes his being
🍡 It's a quiet wake up between you two, turning and shifting to face one another if you already weren't, locking eyes for some time
🍡 He's quiet when expressing his sentiments in the mornings, it's just so peaceful to him he savors all of it that he can get
🍡 If he's having to wake up before you, he never leaves till he's placed a kiss on your forehead
🍡 Your his sanction after he lost Rin, never thinking he'd find the same light he saw in her after watching it die out before him
🍡 But he found you and the same light, maybe someone's giving him a second chance at something he couldn't start
🍡 He's very grateful for you to have wandered into his life, even if he had threatened you into the Akatsuki
🍡 He's able to be outwardly affectionate in his Tobi persona and love that it makes you laugh so hard, smother him with love and he does it right back
Kakuzu
💰 Always. Up. Early.
💰 He goes to bed early, he gets up early, he won't be up longer than he has too
💰 Mornings with Kakuzu are interesting- plus side- after gaining his trust some he does take his mask off around you!
💰 He's rare to sleep in, to busy with counting the money, distribution of such, taking care of Hidan-
💰 If you catch him still in bed it's purely by accident on your half and a sweet moment that u weren't supposed to be aware of
💰 Kakuzu it's a very sentimental man, never was, pushing past the age of 90 and not looking it, it's given time for his heart to solidify to anything of the sort
💰 When he shows his affections it's really small, but somewhat meaningful, he's more practical and for the use of things
💰 The moment that was mentioned? Kakuzu does small affection unless he feels necessary to do so- but he's not a physical guy, or so you thought
💰 If not every morning, he's already left the room, a note on the nightstand if he to leave the base, the most respective bit of affection in his eyes
💰 What you don't see, at least till now, is him having a rather soft look while looking at you and a hand passively laced in your hair, will forever continue to deny what you saw from him
Hidan
🩸 He lays like a starfish or is touching you in some way- he's also not a morning person
🩸 If he can help it- he's sleeping in till noon, your either stuck at the side with him or- your stuck trying to wake him up
🩸 On the chance you can some how wake him early, ya gotta keep talking to him or annoy the tar outta him to keep him awake
🩸 Pissy. When he isn't a morning person and has to wake up he's bitching the whole damn time
🩸 Getting up, bathing, eating breakfast, he's not shutting up about you getting him up early
🩸 Now waking up when he does- he's a tease and a bit sweeter
🩸 He's wrapped his arm around your waist, promptly confining you to the mattress with him while he teases
🩸 Tickling? He's getting ya- whether you expect it or not, his hands are already digging into your sides while you start to laugh and roll out of his grip
🩸 He's ticklish too so don't be afraid to get him right back or get back at him for attempting to tickle you
🩸 Kakuzu has to eventually bang on the door to either tell you to shut up or hurry up, he has a room next to you guys so it's prompted
