Stop being so hard on yourself, as long as you are giving your all there is nothing else for you to do. Some things will not change, some mountains will take years to climb, do not stress. If things are not working in your favour, take a different route, find another perspective, ask for assistance. You are only capable of what you allow yourself to be. You are doing all you can.

The point is, not to resist the flow. You go up when you’re supposed to go up and down when you’re supposed to go down.

When you’re supposed to go up, find the highest tower and climb to the top. When you’re supposed to go down, find the deepest well and go down to the bottom.

When there’s no flow, stay still. If you resist the flow, everything dries up. If everything dries up, the world is darkness.
