trying to sus out why certain introjects formed in my maybe system and i was trying to think of particular stressful times in my life....and im realizing my whole life has been particularly stressful 😭😭😭

for a more specific answer ill say high school definitely. every year i was gaining new symptoms of mental illnesses.....i wish i could remember more but ptsd and pdid have wrecked my memory recall

i think if i ever saw my high school bully again id either have a panic attack or beat her ass.

i had nightmares every night for a year abt her. i dreamt that i killed her but she'd never die, just taunt me for being a monster.

she used to compare me to other school shooters bcus i was quiet and getting bullied, she made me feel like a monster

i love in horror media when ur first introduced to a character and they are all fresh and clean. and then cut to further on in the story and they are covered in dirt and blood and they have that gorgeous traumatized look in their eyes. yayyy
