you can break my soul, take my life away, beat me, hurt me, kill me. but for the love of god don’t touch them.
“I fell asleep—…” Someone seemed to have forgotten that it’s considered rude to sleep while someone is chattering away.
[Ryoji hadn't even realized how he'd begun chattering away about the most random topics, all of which somehow popping into his mind with every word he spoke; he hadn't even noticed how the azure-haired student had fallen asleep, and perhaps that was for the better, considering some of the things he'd been discussing with himself. The comment that seemed so abrupt caused him to finally realize how long he'd been ranting about absolutely nothing, and finally caused him to cease his constant blabbering.]
[At first, one might think Ryoji was upset from the expression he made, though it was due more to shock than anything else. How long had he been rambling? Was he so boring that he'd caused Makoto to fall asleep? When the initial shock wore off, a blink or two later, he finally smiled and cleverly devised a response.]
Oh, are you tired? Maybe you should try sleeping in class! [A slight chuckle emerged from the ravenet, amused by his own comment.] I've heard from Junpei that doing so can be revitalizing! I'd try it myself if I didn't find some of the lectures so fascinating...or if I wasn't as terrified of the teachers yelling at me.

I really reaaaallyyyyy love your Ryoji!! It might be an AU, but it's such an amazing one it might as well be canon! You stay so faithful to him and bring everybody's favorite lil Death to life :) Usually AUs are odd things like super buff, obese, mute, etc that do nothing but actually hinder a character and make them quite ooc from the actual person. But your Ryoji, despite being a tad different, is practically spot on! He just simply lives past the events of P3 :3 Keep up the amazing work! <3
"O-Oh. Hello Ryoji-kun. Is there something you needed?" The Priestess smiled warmly at Death, teal crowned head tilting in curiosity as she sat behind her laptop.
Oh, Fuuka-san! Good afternoon.
[Ryoji wore a smile, despite his original intentions for coming down here; it was about evening by then in the dorms, and even though he'd intended to reveal details about his past to the other members...seeing that timid, sweet smile from the Priestess' features struck Death, and he was again reminded of why he hadn't told anybody. Even if they might support him in the end...all he would cause was their disappointment, wouldn't he? Especially because...]
[...Because there was a way that Death could have saved them during the fight with Nyx. Their leader was gone...because Ryoji hadn't been strong enough. And that meant...there was no way that they would accept him.]
[After the slight affirmation to himself that--perhaps, maybe he shouldn't reveal anything about his former self...he decided to finally respond.]
No, I...the only reason I came here was to say hello, I suppose. Of course, if you'd actually like to talk to me, I'm always available. Don't be afraid to chat with me, alright? [Ah, yes, that charm of his usually ended up as something akin to a defense mechanism. Hopefully, Fuuka wouldn't mind too much...maybe her talking with him could actually distract him from...everything else.]
[۞ -] While she’d never tell him outright, his smiles and encourging looks both worked like a double-edged sword. On the one hand; the girl could feel confident boost through her like a wash of a wave; the need to appease him overcoming any possible social anchoring. However, the very fact that - let’s be honest here - a cute ravenet was smiling for her and her only set her absolutely over the edge with wracking disbelief and jittery skittishness.
Her eyes had been primarily focused on the music sheet when she had played, but from the corner of her eye she could tell that he enjoyed it, off-key notes and all. Her all too warm palm of the hands had made it even more difficult in handling the instrument too, and the discomfort she learned to set aside for now.
He did indeed encourage her like Senpai, she thought. Just with more smiling. The very fact that her music had managed to make someone happy, no matter how bad she percieved it as or how it actually was, sent warm feelings through her that she was unable to even discern what they were, aside from possibly elation and delight herself.
"I practice alot.. almost every day afterschool here at the riverbed. I’m.." She bit her lip, chewing thoughtfully on the inside of her cheek as another bout of hesitance rolled in her stomach. Shaking her head a little, it was her turn to offer Ryoji one of her smiles. Blushed cheeks raised and eyes closed for a quick moment as she expressed her own charm and cheer.
"Skill does have something to do with it, but.. I do think music isn’t all that.. it’s about how you express it." While Ayane wasn’t exactly the voice when it came to such matters, she did have her own opinions, and Ryoji made her feel comfortable enough to say them. With his bright eyes and shining smiles, it would be nigh impossible for her to know if he was lying, if that was even the case, anyway. Her optimism had broken through the shell of anxiety for the moment, to allow her to say such things in the first place.
"I’m.. glad - happy, that you feel that way." A giggle escaped her as she opened her eyes; mirth and happiness shown in the hazelnut coloured orbs.
"Not many really would ask me to play again after hearing t-that. Actually, only one other person would.. heh.. I’m afraid I can’t though." Her smile dropped a little, but she was quick to elaborate;
"I’m sorry, but I don’t think I have the courage to play a second time after that.. I do want to play for you a-again though, if you really like it so much." Once more, she found herself biting her lip. Her gaze went to the ground again, and she stalled for a moment before giving a tiny nod to herself. Yes, she did mean that. She would like to do that.
"You can always find me at the riverbed afterschool. Umm.. If.. If you want to come here again, I mean. I-I wouldn’t want to be a hassle."
A thought popped up in her mind - what if she asked for his phone number? That way, they could keep in contact should he not be able to come here. Her eyes widened as she thought of that; and she grimaced. That was a little sudden to do, after all. They had only just met today.. Perhaps next time..? Or perhaps, if he asks her for it. Yes, that’ll be much easier.
[When Ayane attested to the constant practice of hers by the riverbed, though certain people might doubt her due to the quality of her sound, Ryoji was quick to believe her; being able to actually play the instrument, let alone be able to decipher the foreign language scrawled onto the music sheet she'd been reading off of was a miracle to the Shadow, though that was due to his inexperience with everything in the real world. Heck, even cafes and the areas around Japan, despite him technically living there throughout his entire life, were all entirely new to him. In fact, despite that fact, Ryoji had to work to keep it a secret; after all, it might raise certain...suspicions if he revealed his tourist-like behavior if he mentioned it to anybody, especially including the members of S.E.E.S.]
[Regardless, however, he was incredibly impressed by Ayane's skill, even if she denied possessing such a thing when it came to music. Her statement about music being based primarily on expression, rather than skill in itself, further astonished Ryoji. Most musicians that weren't true to the art might say otherwise, but simply being able to see the girl's determination with regards to a musical pursuit made the Shadow's curiosity about both her and her art form that much more significant. His azure eyes glistened towards her statement, along with the adorable smile that formed on her features as she said it (an actual smile!), and he eagerly responded.]
You think so? You speak as though you're a true musician, and considering your performance just now, I'm more than willing to believe such a thing. [Flashing her another one of his charming grins wasn't necessarily to force her to believe that he wasn't lying; rather, it was to assure her that he actually did have confidence in her skills and expression in the art, especially with the way she spoke about it.] Expression in music...I think that's something you specialize in, as well.
[Of course, when Ayane proceeded to mention how most people wouldn't want to hear her play again, Ryoji couldn't help but be shocked. If others around her also believed in the whole "expression is stronger than skill when it comes to performance in music" ideology, then wouldn't they also be as impressed by her talents, if not even more so? Then again, however, music was entirely foreign to the Shadow; how was he supposed to realize which notes were off, and which weren't, let alone whether or not she was even playing the instrument properly. A skilled person might be able to detect hints of incapability, lack of confidence, or something else to negatively criticize her performance, but...one thing was for sure. She definitely had passion and that revealed itself in the way she played; even Ryoji could tell that much.]
Really? Why wouldn't anyone want you to play again? [Shifting from charm to astonished with his expression might have come off as sudden, though it was likely to imply that he was being honest--which he actually was being when he so graciously critiqued her performance in such a positive manner.] Personally, I thought you were brilliant! Especially if talent with a musical instrument should be judged by expression...you were clearly passionate, and that reflected itself in your music! [Again, his eyes shimmered, and that grin of contagious confidence returned to his features.] Of course, I'm no musician myself, but...I thought it was lovely.
And you don't have to be so shy, especially around me! [Ryoji continued as she mentioned her lack of courage to continue.] I'd love to hear you play again, but if you'd rather not...I can respect that. But... [He paused, clearly in thought as a slightly troubled expression crossed his features when Ayane mentioned playing by the riverbed. After all, he would only be here for a short time, so...how would he go about obtaining another performance from the meekly musician?]
[Then, being the brilliant flirt that he was, an epiphany struck him; why not just ask for her phone number? It'd be rather simple to gain it, if she was willing to share it, and it'd be a simple method of contact between their distance! Maybe Ryoji would need to find a way of transporting between Tatsumi Port Island and Yasoinaba, but if he asked around, he was almost certain he'd find a way. With his charms, and the "riches" of his parents (a combined sum of funds acquired from Tartarus and some part-time work he'd taken on at one point), it'd be simple to gain some form of transport, right?] I might not be able to visit easily. However...
[A distinct confidence was still plastered onto his features, and that frown soon transformed into a smirk of sorts as the Shadow offered his brilliant plan.]
I think I might be able to figure out a way. In the meantime, we'll still need a means of communication, right? And our separation will give you time to work on your masterpiece without being as nervous! So... [Ryoji produced a tiny scrap of paper from a pocket in his pants, and offered it to Ayane eagerly. He had millions of slivers of paper in his pockets, all pre-made for the women he'd encountered, who were all more than eager to have him in their contacts.] That's my number! If you ever wanna talk, don't hesitate to call, alright?
[Cue a wink from the flirt-master, Ryoji Mochizuki.]
[۞ -] His smile sent something through her; the tiniest of shivers up her spine. Ayane was not used to people talking to her at length - only cordial, scripted words, exchanged messages, not really any personal thoughts or opinions. The very fact he still stayed to talk to her after inital greeting made her inwardly giddy.
The apple-cheeked girl was not a social butterfly by any means of the definition, so it was partly (or in her mind, all) her fault that she didn’t have many friends to begin with. Joining the band had gave her aquaintences to talk to, and of course, Senpai. Even to this day, she couldn’t bring herself to informally call him otherwise, even outside of a school setting.
But, like Senpai, there was something about Ryoji that made her.. not confident, that wasn’t the word - but more willing to try things she would usually kept bottled up inside her. After all, if he had never heard of the trombone, surely he wouldn’t be able to tell if what she played was considered bad for that instrument.
Oh.. lovely.. name?
Her hazelnut gaze flickered up to meet his startling blue eyes for a moment; her own eyes widening for a moment as that blush from before intensified. Placing one free hand upon her cheek as she became aware of the heat and redness, she turned her head slightly away. She couldn’t get rid of the smile that bloomed from the compliment.
"Th..thank you." She managed out. Her eyes regarded her unfinished homework that had been set aside so she could show the trombone in question to him, and decided to finish it later. From what he said; she was indeed correct in assuming that he may not have any idea how the instrument truly sounded like, and thus wouldn’t be able to gauge her skill level.
As long as the note sounded on key, that should be fine.
"I can.." Second thoughts cropped up, and she forced them away quickly.
"I can play a bit, Moch- um.. Ryoji-san. I’m rehersing at the moment. It’s.. still a work in progress b-but I think the general idea is there."
She rustled through the various books and paper stacks in her bag, before retrieving an aging music sheet collection. Turning to the recent addition, which showed by the white, shiny paper, she glanced over the notes and nodded to herself. Standing up, the only moment her true confidence shone through her timidness was correctly shouldering and holding the instrument in place, as was routine.
Taking a few breaths, more to stall than her actually needing it; she kept her eyes glued to the sheet on the floor and covered the mouthpiece. A strangled sound escaped the instrument, and she grimaced; sending another apologetic look. She could barely play with the audience.. Still, she steeled herself, readied once again, and attempted a second time quicky.
The music produced was more tolerable than the failed first attempt. It wasn’t about to win her any awards or band positions, and while she hit some notes spot on, others didn’t quite hit the mark and one note that was completely misplaced. Not long soon after, the noises ceased.
Refusing to look at Ryoji, she removed her mouth from the instrument and trembled a little with all the nerves that budded and built inside of her, that had been set aside to play. Her voice was a quivering mess when she spoke;
"I-It’s.. s-still a work in…. S-Sorry.. I .. I wasn’t very good."
[Ryoji couldn't help but smile towards her sheepishness regarding the compliment; girls that were this timid were rather new to him, though he figured he'd be able to sift through those shy tendencies; he'd done it before, and he could sure as heck do it again, even if this was the most timid girl he'd ever met. Already, however, it seemed that he was gradually drawing her out of her shell; when she offered to play, despite her skill being a "work in progress", as she'd described it, the ravenet's eyes sparkled with excitement. He couldn't wait to hear what it sounded like, even if she wasn't too skilled with playing it.]
[A hint of confidence revealed itself as she held the trombone in her grasp, positioning it to her advantage; surely, she couldn't be as awful at playing the instrument as she believed, right? It was normal for a girl to have a bit of self-consciousness, after all, but regardless of how it sounded...he was absolutely ecstatic about hearing what sort of noise this contraption would create, not to mention how to use it. Despite its appearance of complexity, it could be rather easy to play, for all he knew.]
[When Ayane began taking deep breaths, primarily from hesitation rather than a lack of breath, from what Ryoji could deduce, the former Shadow offered her another bright smile with the hopes that it could improve what little confidence remained within her. A strangled noise escaped the instrument, and at first, while startled the flirtatious high-schooler, he couldn't help but laugh; not towards her failure, but rather, towards how her sheepishness might have caused the mistake. Was he to blame for that? Possibly, but either way, it did humor him a bit.]
Go on--I'm sure you can do it, Ayane-san. [Ryoji again flashed her a grin, hoping to boost her confidence with regards to playing, and eagerly awaited the result when she braced herself. Various notes now made themselves present to the ravenet, and while he recognized the tune, he couldn't quite make out where he'd heard it before, though that might have been due to her inexperience. While some notes were a tad off-key, others were just about perfect, and he couldn't help but admire how much effort she was putting into it. That was all that mattered, despite the failures mixed in with her success, right?]
[Though she paused rather early, Ryoji applauded, regardless of how she'd apologized so frantically with regards to her inexperience. Even though it may have been off and not quite exact, it was given her best effort, and that was truly remarkable, considering her low self-esteem and timidness. With another boisterous grin, the former Shadow continued to compliment her; perhaps that might get some of the weight regarding her anxiety off of her shoulders, though it could also further intimidate her...either way, it was worth a try.]
Wow, Ayane-san...that was great! It might not be the best, but it sure was incredible...how'd you get so good at that? I could barely even follow the notes, let alone how to play...it must take a lot of skill, huh? [The ravenet was being rather truthful, even if it might not have seemed as such; he didn't know anything about music, after all, so notes on music sheets seemed absolutely alien to him. The intricate movements required to even play them? He couldn't even follow those; his eyes again gleamed with eagerness--perhaps he could convince her to play again, maybe even finish the piece?]
If you wouldn't mind...might I be able to hear you play it again? You don't have to start from the beginning, but...I'm rather curious to know how it ends. Your playing is simply fascinating, so...you don't mind, right?
[۞ -] There was something about his smile that sent the blue butterflies in her stomach aflutter. Usually such a feeling was only reserved from when Senpai encouraged her, or even when he simply paid attention. The floaty feeling was enough to overcome her usual hindering, binding nerves, and she found herself shyly glancing away than out of panic.
Well, panic of a different kind, of course. Cheeks as red as plums, his trek towards her felt like hours to her, her anxiety making her sit on the preverbial edge.
Then, he spoke.
Ayane visibly winced at his words - how she was staring. Yeah, she had been aware that she wasn’t exactly being subtle about her glances. If anything, if she wanted to avoid the social interaction, then she shouldn’t of sent him such blatant calling signs to give him a reason to come over. She raised a free hand, brushing it through her short hair and slowly looking up at him.
A part of her wish she hadn’t, because that only kickstarted her apprehensive attitude. It WOULD be rude not to respond to him, though, and that was something that would be unacceptable.
"H-Hello." she started, offering a tiny smile. "I’m Ayane Matsunaga. It’s a pleasure to meet you, Mochizuki-san."
Her eyes briefly flickered to his hand, and she knew she’d have to shake it. Plucking up the meager amount courage and dilligence she had left, she grasped his hand and shook quickly. She couldn’t tell if it was his hand or hers that was warm, but chalked it up to probably her.
She thought about apologising for it, but she really didn’t want to point it out, so instead settled on a apologetic look instead. Luckily, the conversation steered in a different direction - something she was more comfortable with.
"It’s the trombone." she informed him, bringing the instrument to better light. At his question, a slight frown puckered on her lips, replacing the smile. "Kind of.. I’m learning how to. I’m trying to get better…"
Her thoughts turned to panic yet again. What if he asked her to play a song? Oh, that would be very bad indeed. The only time she could play confidently enough infront of, and know it to be bad, was Senpai. In front of anyone else made her too acutely aware of her own mistakes..
[Ah, so he was right in assuming she was rather meek and mild; from his time spent at Gekkoukan, he'd met all sorts of girls, both outgoing and, occasionally, much too eager for his tastes. He practically had a harem of those types by now, but the kind he was rather into was the quiet type like her; perhaps that was just him, but he found it rather adorable when she began to blush. Nothing more than a greeting and she was already flustered...that was a first.]
[Regardless of how unusual her responses were, Ryoji couldn't help smiling; she had such a soft voice, perfect to match her personality. Of course...calling him "Mochizuki-san"? That was perhaps the most formal addressing of the former Shadow that he'd ever heard; most people called him "Ryoji-kun", or even just "Ryoji", but never "Mochizuki-san". Hm...what an interesting girl. It might have just been because she was so soft-spoken that she felt the need to be formal...but there was no need for that.]
[...The trombone...Ryoji had to admit that he'd barely recognized the name. A sort of...percussion instrument, was it? Needless to say, the former Shadow wasn't much for musical pursuits. It'd be rather interesting if she might be able to play, though considering her response, she might have been rather modest towards her skill. Perhaps he'd have to wait until they got a bit closer? He definitely wasn't one for forcing a girl as shy as her into doing something she was uncomfortable with. Maybe he'd only ask...]
Ayane...what a lovely name.
Hm...I can't say I know too much about music, so I suppose that's why I didn't realize what it was myself. [Honestly, all he'd learned about music was what it sounded like, and that was thanks to a certain someone using their headphones so often.] Still, if you know how to...would you mind if I asked you to play, Ayane-san? You don't have to, of course, I'd just like to know how it sounds. [Would trombones be an instrument in one of the songs that they'd always listen to? Or was it typically used in another sort of genre with regards to music...? Yeesh, he really didn't know much about music. Maybe she could teach him.]
Oh, and--you don't need to be so formal with me! You can just call me Ryoji, if you'd like.
☀ manifestationofoblivion
[۞ -] Inaba was a small little place, and while Ayane never claimed to knew everyone, there was atleast someone she did know who’d know that person. It’s how secrets spread so fast, how rumours cultivated and get changed from the original source so quickly.
Regardless, she was sure that this man was not from Inaba. If he was - then, she was horrendously mistaken and perhaps would go hide in a hole from embarassment at calling that out.
Still.. the riverbed was open to everyone to visit, even people not from here. She looked away from him, and once again, found it impossible to continue playing with an unfamiliar audience. She sighed, placing down the trombone, and instead taking out her homework. Maybe if she acted inconspicuous, she could avoid a social tragedy.
Of course, Inconspicuous and Ayane went hand in hand like pineapples and peas. Every so often, her gaze kept throwing to his direction; curiousity primarily and her unanswered questions staring up at her from the paper.
[It wasn't often that the former Shadow got to visit somewhere new on his own; perhaps that was one of the many constraints with regards to being an ethereal being with every single shred of your existence being not only scattered, but also dwelling within a living being for ten years. Of course, if it wasn't for aforementioned living being, he wouldn't be standing here on a gorgeous riverbed in Inaba due to a school trip, much like the one to Kyoto. Tatsumi Port Island and Yasoinaba weren't too far apart, so it was relatively normal to all except for Ryoji.]
[A moment or so passed before he realized the seemingly timid high-schooler working not too far from where he stood, the occasional glance of hers being spotted by the former Shadow. Seeing as to how she seemed rather curious, perhaps because of the fact that he was foreign to her, Ryoji saw an opportunity to invoke a conversation.]
[Upon approaching the meager girl, Ryoji spotted an instrument beside her; he wasn't quite sure what type it was, but it certainly seemed intriguing, considering that he, as a Shadow, didn't have much experience with such things. Could she play...whatever it was? At least asking would be a nice ice-breaker! Putting on his most charming smile as he got close enough to initiate a conversation, the former Shadow introduced himself.]
Hi there! I couldn't help but notice how you were staring, so I decided that it'd be best to introduce myself. I'm Ryoji Mochizuki, and it's a pleasure to meet you! [With a grin, he offered his hand.] By the way...what's that instrument you've got? Do you know how to play?
(@kindheartedfool) A Reunion Thought to be Impossible
" That’s good to hear, I would really like to go see them. " she said with a smile. " Let’s go back, I can’t wait to see them all again." she said as she was eager to go back and see her friends again.
[Ryoji grinned lightheartedly; Minako's reappearance, though it was a tad on the depressing side at first, made him feel...alive again. After she'd...supposedly died, having gone to seal Nyx, the former Shadow felt strangely hollow. It was technically his fault, being the harbinger of the Fall, that Minako had disappeared in the first place, and yet...here she was, alive, healthy. Never had he experienced such relief and joy towards someone's presence...]
And I'm sure they can't wait to see you...my dearest. Well, then... [Ryoji extended a hand, one of his classic flirtatious smirks revealing itself as he winked.] Shall we? Let's not keep the others waiting!
Sweet Treat
"Really? Thanks a bunch!" Hibiki said, ignoring the fact the stranger sounded slightly disappointed completely. He happily sat down and picked up the menu from the table. "Wow, they really serve a lot of sweet things here. Chocolate cake, cheese cake, strawberry cake, you name it. Anything you would recommend?"
Within no time Hibiki had made himself comfortable around the other. Perhaps it could be even considered rude considering how quickly it had happened, but to be honest Hibiki didn’t think too much of it.
Hibiki looked up from the menu just in time to see one of the cutest girls he had ever laid his eyes on come in. The tones of her skin were soft and her smile was even sweeter than all the sweet things being served in Amai Cafe combined. Unfortunately, he didn’t get to see that smile for long, seeing as the girl couldn’t find any place to sit and had to leave.
"Ah, lucky me. Looks like I was the last one to be able to find a place to sit. Again, thanks a bunch."
[Ryoji couldn't deny the fact that his disappointment turned to a bit of rage as he watched one of the fairest maidens he'd ever seen in his life--perfect skin, a smile as sweet as the pastries that the Amai Cafe served, if his information was accurate--walk in and right back out, having nowhere to seat herself. If only the guest currently residing on the opposite side of the table had come later...but, perhaps fate had intended something different. Oh, well...he had to remain positive, right?]
[Might as well befriend...whoever this was, with whatever spare time he had. It wasn't as though he was too eager to return to his dormitory, filled with fellow members of S.E.E.S. moping around because of...a...precious certain someone that Ryoji had recently lost. His trip here was partially a method of attempting to move on, and...perhaps what he needed was a friend rather than another girl to flirt with pointlessly. That girl who just came in might have seemed gorgeous, but she definitely couldn't compare to Minako...]
[Taking his mind off of that topic, the former Shadow directed his attention towards the stranger across the table, addressing his question.]
Well...it's really not a problem, no need to thank me. As for the menu...personally, I haven't been here before, so I wouldn't know what to recommend. Chocolate cake does sound rather appetizing, though...

After receiving such a warm greeting in return, as opposed to the expected inquires or a request for assistance; Saki was stunned for a moment. The girl had to switch from her default work mode and be a human being instead of a store clerk. “Oh um…thank you” she answered back. However, she quickly turned to teasing. After all, it wasn’t every day she could have a conversation that didn’t involve either her parent’s shop or her work at Junes.
Always the gossip, Saki instantly tried to deflect attention elsewhere.
"But if you think I’m pretty, you’ll be head over heels in love with some of our other Inaba residents. Namely the daughter of the Amgai’s and we even had a local pop star here. Once you see those two, you’ll find that I’m really quite bland by comparison."
[My, for such a supposedly rural town, it seemed that there were certain residents that brought a bit of beauty to it; the Amagis' daughter and a pop star, hm? Perhaps he'd have to meet them himself...it certainly sounded like a bit of an adventure, which was exactly what summer vacation was for.]
[...Of course, being the oh so chivalrous and charming gentleman that Ryoji was, he wasn't going to stand by as such a lovely girl compared herself to those more popular and supposedly more beautiful.]
You really shouldn't compare yourself to the other ladies in town! Why, I'd be willing to wager that you're more beautiful than the two of them combined, Miss. Your radiance outshines that of any other girl that I've met... [Ryoji offered one of his famous coquettish smirks and winked, now taking the time to introduce himself. If you don't think he's an expert at this by now, you're mistaken.] Ah, but pardon my manners. I haven't introduced myself, have I? My name is Ryoji Mochizuki, and it's an absolute pleasure to meet someone as lovely as you.
(@kindheartedfool) A Reunion Thought to be Impossible
She giggled softly and hugged him again. ” I’ve missed you too.” she said. “How is everyone else doing? I have missed them all so much,i’m sure they would be just as happy to see me again. “
[That giggle of hers...that smile...it was all almost too good to be true. Once he felt her arms around him again, he returned the embrace tightly, the sensation of her actually being there both causing his heart to break and pound. It couldn't be possible, but...as he'd said, he would take advantage of the opportunity while he could.]
[About everyone else, though...how would Ryoji be able to put how much tension had gone around in the dorm, the silent depression manifesting within everyone?...]
Let's just say I'm not the only one who's missed you, Minako-chan...
