NSDC is a Government of India–supported organization that focuses on improving vocational training and creating industry-ready professionals.
It sets national standards for skill development, certification, and training quality across the country.
One of the unique features of NSDC is its Market-Led Partnership (MLP) model. Through this model, training institutes can offer self-funded and industry-relevant programs aligned with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF).
This means institutes do not have to depend on government-funded schemes to provide high-quality training.
