as you can assume by my description, i LOVE comedy, it’s one of my favorite things in the world

my favorite Python is Michael Palin (followed by Graham Chapman)

i’m probably the only Mexican within the Monty Python fandom (and the rest of the fandoms i interact with here), so yeah, my first language is Spanish

i ADORE history, is my favorite subject

i’ve been obsessed with cinema since two years ago, especially Mexican, British and Old Hollywood

my two favorite actors are Peter Sellers (as you can tell) and Joaquín Cordero

my two favorite actresses are María Félix and Silvia Pinal

my two favorite filmmakers are Luis Buñuel and Stanley Kubrick (their cinema have so much in common)

i like music, but i don’t have a preference for any specific genre

i also like reading, my favorite book is Crime and Punishment by Dostoyevski

i collect DVDs and Blu-Rays

i aspire to be as witty as Groucho Marx

i don’t understand why Casino Royale (1967) is so badly rated by the whole world, i watched it last night and i genuinely think it’s one of the best movies that i’ve ever seen (except for Woody Allen, he can rot in hell)

*jaw drops to floor, eyes pop out of sockets accompanied by trumpets, heart beats out of chest, awooga awooga sound effect, pulls chain on train whistle that has appeared next to head as steam blows out, slams fists on table, rattling any plates, bowls or silverware, whistles loudly, fireworks shoot from top of head, pants loudly as tongue hangs out of mouth, wipes comically large bead of sweat from forehead, clears throat, straightens tie, combs hair* Ahem, you look very lovely.
