i think the reason why everybody is disinterested in the season is partly because this does not feel like it has begun. not only because of the long breaks, but because the races has felt more like tests to see whats wrong with those regs, and then they proceed to point out 102929 things and try to tweak it and then everyone is angry. the lack of foresight about those regs are the reason f1 is losing their core audience. the moment the focus on racing happens more outside of the track than inside, then it’s done
