An old #neon sign will always stop me in my tracks...like this one at 400 West 148th St near St Nicholas Ave in the #SugarHill section of #Harlem If you look closely you can see the tracings of the word “TAVERN.” The #400Tavern closed in the 1970s! But the classic #neonsign still hangs! The #RAndB vocal group #TheRavens was formed there.
