Name: Xaltos Dildge Age: 22; immortal Profession: Ranger Pet: Frederick; Black Moa Born and raised in Lions Arch by his mother Sheng, the family was pretty happy, or could be anyhow. Years pasted, Rawk eventually went back to live in Elona with his family, leaving Sheng and Xaltos in Lions Arch, once he was 10, his mother left as well, with none else to care from him, he was giving off to the Shining Blade for caring, he washed there armor and made simple weapons for them. When he was 20 or younger, he like many others coveted the Underworlds treasures, venturing down into its depths, doing the puzzles and pushing on, but during one of the puzzles, he was killed, the Reaper as well, the God of Snow feeling sorry for the human, resurrected him, but at a cost, he would live forever..For many years, he roamed until the great flood hit the worlds, him getting sucked up into one, in a unconscious state for the longest of years, he floated until washing a shore in the new Lions Arch..

(Got a secondary set of armor for when I WvW with Xaltos. Made up of HoM armor you get, with exotics however and a longbow called Éibhear Dunn. Which does a nice chunk of damage.)

Xaltos if i get it right, you are immortal and were born to a time when the relationship between Human and charr hit rock bottoum - to put it mildly. I could imagine that you were kind of biased because of the anti-charr Propaganda. Did it took long to change your taught opinion or did you always think outside the box?

Yes - immortal and yes, like any other human, I was afraid of Charr in the time..They were two legged cats that wielded fire and weapons! In the sight of them I ran for my life - Being I was younger with my mother during that time.

Now if you mean in this time. When I washed a shore in the new Lions Arch, battered and brushed, a white and black stripped Charr was the one that rescued me..i batted him away and tried to stab him with some pointy stick I found on the ground..But could barely defend myself. When he spoke, he seemed not hostile even when I tried to hurt him! Even so, I was still wary of him and it took me ages to even trust a Charr from past experiences..So yes, my opinion did eventually change about them.

Wherefrom do you know that Frederick isn't in fact a Fredericka?

Xaltos how have you and Frederick become companions?

I met Fred ages ago..In Ferndale, where people were complaining and everything else about one, saying it ate human flesh and a evil creature..How could a Moa be such a thing.

So like any curious idiot, I set out to find it. I made my way to its location where upon finding it, it was fighting those goat bleeting things called Gaki; it was having a hard time handling two of them, I eventually intervened d one of them while the Moa took out the other. We met eye, red to blue, glaring..It took quite a long time for us to move toward each other, when the Black Moa got close enough, it looked me over with whispering like caws, before quickly withdrawing its head...After that, it ran away in hiding; I had to earn its trust in a way. So i started keeping a eye on what it fought or what it ate, I got the fruit and tried it, but all it did was sniff it and butt it away.

At a lose, I decided to just up and fight him, I took a step to far into it territory and out it came running at me, we fought long and hard, but I eventually came out on top..In submission, the Moa started following me around like a lost puppy, even when I went to go leave Ferndale, so, in in request to kill it, I let it join me on my journey, even if some ran away in fear, all the Moa did was squawk in a laugh. He eventually came to be called Frederick.

I barely spend anymore time writing these journals as I travel more then I care lately. Been spending most of this time doing Wintersday related things or visiting old friends., been nice seeing em' after so long!

On latest of travels, I spent the night In Rata Sum and at night, this place is AMAZING, you can see everything single star..and other things I dont exactly know the name of! Oh well, the awesomeness is what counts aha.

I decided to take a brake and stop by Shaemoor for a couple of days, from exploring and being out all the time, I was exhausted and just wanted sometime to relax and not have to worry about a single thing.

Its been fun being on the lazy side for once, planted a few things, cared for animals, even Fred has learned a few new tricks here; he likes to glare down at me from high places now..Makes me scared haha.

Pythios has been adapting well as well, he'd rather usually spend his time by a lake or basking with other friendly drakes he finds near by, sometimes I swear hes gonna get sun burned.

In other news, I cant wait for Wintersday to start, its been many years since I last celebrated it..last time I did, Dwayna and Grenth still fought. Now we got this Asura called Tixx, wonder how good he is.

EVERYWHERE \O/ ( np, and i'll probably get addicted on the new jumping puzzle too :D)
