HEY, WHO LIKES THE SANRIO EVENT, EH?

Please forget that I ever said that the fortune cookies are great (I didn’t know how they really worked far back then when they got released). I bet we, in the AC community, all waited for the Sanrio collection to come to Pocket Camp. And now all the things that we aspire to get can only be aquired through really painful grinding (tho I think we got more days to work with, I’m not sure), unforgiving RNG or *calculating* at least 1480 Leaf Tickets??? HOLY SHI- And the things we can grind for aren’t even that good. The shirts are, to be honest, really really plain and then we have to pay tickets for 40% of them, WHAT? I mean, sure, let’s be honest, it’s a free app game that is way too good to be free, so they gotta “app game pressure us” to spend money, and, yes,  it’s “still our decision to spend it, mimimi”. But compare this to the time when the game was released and it’s following year. Things were a lot more generous back then. Rn we can only earn leaf tickets in 3s (prior in 5s or more) and the weekly leaf ticket receive even dropped from 10 (or 15?) to 9 (so we can get it in 3s, and my artist perfectionist soul HATES THOSE FRIGGIN UNEVEN NUMBERS THE 3s CREATE, NNNNNG). And to top it off everything got so much more expensive! 200 leaf tickets for the backpacks EACH! Really? That’s more than you need for a wallpaper! And this is NINTENDO we’re speaking of! … So sadly not really surprising in the end, eh…?

Again, I get that they need money to push more content for the game. But then just make the app cost a bit in the first place or sth, or take your time with things, or both. Cause this is getting more and more ridiculous. And I actually see some in the community starting to get angry while the AC community has been usually really patient and tolerant up to this point, so you know it’s dire.

But what do you think?

Side note: In case someone brings this up, the amiibo cards (that cost, for me at least, only about 7,99 Euros) were more worth it at this point, since you got all the furniture and characters immediately without RNG and even had irl collectibles for aesthetic purposes.

ive been in the hospital since the 7th because of mesenteric adenitis (basically i was swelling internally within my lymph nodes and gas was being trapped in my intestines), so ofc i havent been feeling well

howEVER ive been discharged from the hospital yesterday, the 16th, but i still will not be active bc i have to catch up with the homework i missed :'((( ill post when i am tho :)
