is it okay to use your art as an icon maybe..specifically that drawing you made of woodrow from the human wormwood and woodrow drawing

I asked my friend that owns the Woodrow design & they said they aren’t comfortable with other ppl using it even if it’s credited srry :0( !!! we both appreciate you asking though
