One last question, I have asked this question many times to others and I have got various different answers. I am quite impressed by your knowledge so I want to ask it to you as well. Do you think Richard III loved anne Neville romantically?
Well, I have to start by stating that I can't really be sure. It's hard to tell what feelings exactly people from centuries ago had for each other if don't have anything like their personal correspondence or some other details like that. I will say though that there is, at least, a much better chance that there was romantic love in that marriage than in most marriages of the nobility at that time, since they did choose to get married rather than it being arranged by someone else, they already knew each other, and Richard apparently didn't have any mistresses during that time (although that also would go against his beliefs).
Was he in love with her when they got married? Like I said before, I don't believe in the interpretation that they had been childhood sweethearts, since she was 3 years younger than him and was too young for him at the time when he was in the Warwick household. (Also, we know Richard had other relationship(s) during that time, since he had two illegitimate children.) But when they met again after everything had gone down with her father turning on Edward IV and going to the Lancaster side and her short-lived marriage to Edward of Lancaster, time in France, her father's death, being her brother-in-law's virtual prisoner...? At 16 and 19 years old, so it's much easier to imagine an attraction developing between them. Some people, including historical fiction writers, romanticize those events a lot, with them falling in love and Richard in the role of her savior, while others argue it was just a shrewd political arrangement that was beneficial for both of them. However, while Richard did undoubtedly get a lot from that marriage - helping Anne secure her inheritance and giving her protection of a husband who was also brother to the King also meant securing those lands for himself as her husband who would rule them - I doubt that he, the King's most trusted brother, was that desperate for lands and influence that he would've married Anne for it if he didn't also genuinely like her and if they didn't get along, at the very least. Surely he could have gotten something from Edward, either directly or as some other lucrative marriage to an heiress.
Did they fall in love? Maybe. People can fall for each other quickly, especially at that age. Or maybe they just liked each other, realized they found each other attractive and/or they had similar values and interests (in more meaning than one). Maybe he just liked her and thought she matched his idea of an ideal wife. Maybe he thought he preferred a girl he knew well and got along with her to someone he didn't know and that Edward IV would choose for him. And maybe, since they had met again after all those years when they both ahd undergone a lot of turmoil and trauma in different ways, they bonded over their memories of happier and calmer times, and both longed to find again the safety of home. I can imagine that being a huge factor.
So, I think he may have loved her romantically, maybe even at the time when they got married, but ultimately we don't really know.
(BTW - I'm not saying that's the main determining factor, but I'm kind of puzzled why so many historical fiction writers have decided that Anne was plain and unattractive. There's nothing to indicate that, the only contemporary mention of her appearance is the Rous Roll calling her "beauteous", and while the miniature drawings of her aren't great artistic renditions, they certainly don't make her look unattractive.)

When Alice Beacham moves to Rubyshire to start a new life, the last thing she was looking for was finding true love. But what if true love finds her anyway? How will she handle it? And what if that love comes from a man belonging to one of the most important families in the land?...
