Little bit of a rant about him under the cut (2nd scenario spoilers + some personal stuff, feel free not to read it if you don’t care lol)

Okay so Shion is SO special and important to me I love him so so much!! As someone who grew up isolated with no friends and never getting to go to school it’s just. He’s so me I understand him so bad. For a game surrounding a school there’s great homeschooled characters rep we got Kyoshika too. Sure Shion wasn’t exactly homeschooled but like… that’s how being homeschooled feels though. Especially the emphasis on him wishing he could have gone to school specifically, TO THE POINT THE ENTIRE FUCKING ACADEMY IS ONLY A SCHOOL FOR SHION. SO THAT HE CAN GET HIS WISH TO GO TO SCHOOL. AGHHH that specific detail is so important to me I love that for him. Anyway it’s just this specific shit I went through is rarely talked about in media, there’s barely any homeschooled characters much less ones that focus on how horrible and isolating it is. And sure Shion is only a metaphor for that really but it’s a damn good metaphor. And godd when Turamtammi made everyone hallucinate being normal friends at a normal high school and Shion was there and that was everything he ever wanted, but he KNEW it wasn’t real and he couldn’t have it, so he had to make the choice to give that up to protect his friends. I love that scene so much!! The poor thing everyone be nice to him please he needs that. Shion the most specialist perfect guy ever I love you <333

Btw I mean to have Aide/fake Zilch in favorite tier not the real Zilch we never see this tier list just does not specify, real Zilch would be neutral because who tf is he. Who is Zilch Alexander even I only know Aide Tanaka. And literally none of the characters I put in dislike or hate on the danganronpa lists I really still hold much negative feelings for?? They’re really just Neutral but I disliked them playing through the games for the first time as a teenager, but I understand why their fans like them now so I don’t really care. Yes my Rain Code favorite is Yomi and my Danganronpa favorite is Korekiyo I know not a single day of peace online everyone hates my boys </33 /lh
