This past week has been brutal for me.. I suspect I have COVID and self-isolated myself in my bedroom for 10 days now (with no support from my family btw even though there are people working here at my house who could be infected by me)

I have anxiety but was managing to control it.. but during this week I’ve had many anxiety attacks.. crying non-stop, heavy chest, lost a significant amount of weight, back to back headaches (like, 7 days straight), negative thoughts and the list goes on

I’m doing better now, not “better than I ever was” 😅, not at my finest, but DEFINITELY the release os folklore is something to brighten up this isolation and I somehow feel like @taylorswift knew she needed to drop the album now..

I am super excited for this new album.. somehow I feel that’s all I need to hear..

I have anxiety but was managing to control it.. but during this week, it all went trough the roof

Major anxiety attacks, crying non-stop, heavy chest, negative thoughts and the list goes on.. on top of that, I lost 4kg (8.8lb) in 7 days and that’s very very odd for me.. I tend to gain weight easily, not lose it. (Yes, I was eating, but I have to recognize it was a smaller amount then my usual portions)

Anyway, I’m saying all that to say that I’m getting better.. thank God I have amazing cousins who are there for me! Quarantine is not easy! I see you, i feel your pain
