This past week has been brutal for me.. I suspect I have COVID and self-isolated myself in my bedroom for 10 days now (with no support from my family btw even though there are people working here at my house)
I have anxiety but was managing to control it.. but during this week, it all went trough the roof
Major anxiety attacks, crying non-stop, heavy chest, negative thoughts and the list goes on.. on top of that, I lost 4kg (8.8lb) in 7 days and that’s very very odd for me.. I tend to gain weight easily, not lose it. (Yes, I was eating, but I have to recognize it was a smaller amount then my usual portions)
Anyway, I’m saying all that to say that I’m getting better.. thank God I have amazing cousins who are there for me! Quarantine is not easy! I see you, i feel your pain
