I am back.

     But when I die I want it to hurt. When my friends leave, when I have to let go, when this entire town is wiped off the map, I want it to hurt. Bad. I want to lose. I want to get beaten up. I want to hold on until I’m thrown off and everything ends. And you know what? Until that happens, I want to hope again. And I want it to hurt. Because that means it meant something.

HESITATION.  he doesn’t want to worry his brother, but at the same time he didn’t wanna lie and say everything was perfectly fine, either. regardless– at least he had someone to confide in.

‘ uhm. ’  a beat of silence, he seems to match the stillness the night expressed momentarily.

‘  well…. i…. i think i had a nightmare. hey, uhh– can we? hang out or… something ? anything but sleeping ‘cause, i kinda don’t… want to??   ’

       ✂   proceeding  to  sit  up  on  his  bed  as  he  listened ,  rubbing  his  eyes  since  he  was  still  sleepy  from  waking  up  only  a  few  minutes  ago .   ❛   a  nightmare ? ?   ❜  the  question  was  dolefully  asked  with  a  pause ;  before  he  patted  a  space  next  to  him  for  mark  to  also  sit  down .   

              ❛   yeah  -  we  can  hang  out ,  that’s  fine .  and .  .  .  i  can  stay  up  as  well  if  you  don’t  want  to  go  back  to  sleep  tonight .   ❜  marco  knew  he  was  going  to  be  extremely  tired  the  following  morning ,  but ? ?  he  didn’t  care .  he  just  wanted  to  be  there  for  his  brother .
