It’s so funny to me how the reasoning for hating Lukanette is that it’s boring, “why yes this relationship where Marinette is unconditionally supported, listened to, has her boundaries respected, with a boy who shares her interests, makes her laugh, makes her smile, apologizes when he’s insensitive, can healthily communicate with her, never pushes her to do anything, cares about and understands her emotional state, spends quality time with her, performs acts of service and gives her gifts (his music), and loves her, is boring. You know what we need? The fundamental inability to communicate or spend a single quiet moment together, or respect of boundaries. ROMANCE.”
