hello this is not a usual post this more like an announcement

i am making this post because think i need to wind down for a bit, mostly to get myself in check.

i think my mental health is deteriorating day by day and its affecting everything i do

i keep worrying about things that i shouldn’t be worrying about. people. my art. meeting new people. talking to said new people. myself. etc.

ive already been told things that should put me at ease yet this feeling gets worse. its utterly annoying and debilitating. i feel dependent on people to give me validation for things im insecure about, to the point i actively seek validation and attention from people i barely interact with or never even had a conversation with and i really need to stop, ignoring it and feeding into it has only made me yearn for this validation and attention even more.

ill (hopefully) take a break from posting for a bit to calm down and hopefully feel better later on
