Just wanted to share some past exhibition programs and some promotional material from The Melbourne New years day festival LET THEM EAT CAKE I worked on this year. I’m  making a slow but steady move into becoming a commercial artist and want to thank everyone who has supported me in these utterly awesome  but uncertain steps. You. Thanks. Seriously.

Concept designs I've rustled up for some children's books I've been working on for the past six months. Also potato  sandwiches at 1:21 am are a real booster. I'm fine with this kind of carb action at that time. We all should be.

In light of things opened on Wednesday night. I'm so lucky people showed up to a weird ass  spot in Abbotsford! I've been developing more character based work for a while. I wanted to show it. Inspired by animals and public transport mainly I suppose...

Boy my hat a show takes it out of you. People always say oh, art, that must be so relaxing. Um. It's a work out. Physically and in the mind. I'm so happy I showed my work from the last year but. It's a closure of sorts.

No time for rest! I'm working with the Let Them Eat Cake festival for NYD 2015. Got some larger than life dudes coming your way! I'll be in touch.

NEW WORK/ / UPCOMING EXHIBITION !

Hi friends, forever between posts I'm sorry. BUT! I have been moving studios and getting ready for my first SOLO Melbourne exhibition. I'm putting this one on myself. Although I appreciate gallery support the 30-40% cut they take stings a little you know? My show ( tittle to be announced) will be in December at The Baron Said, a diamond in a rough venue, in Fitzroy, Melbourne ( official date to be announced ). Come! It will be summer, and this venue has BEER PONG.  I will also be putting on some head hunted DJs and some live painting. All works for sale including print, oil, acrylic, ink, and watercolour originals.

Lastly! I have some children's workshops coming up in august as part as Melbourne Arts Festival. I'll be teaching a colour mixing and character workshop as part of CRAFT CUBED 2014. Can't wait to work with cuties like these again!

Long time. Long adventures.

Hi friends. I've been out and about, headed up to Brisbane recently to battle Eryn With a Y (https://www.facebook.com/erynwithawhycreative) at  SCRIBBLE SLAM at the kerbside bar. It was a 90min battle with one 15min break. The theme word chosen at random at the start was ' Day Dream'. This is my piece. I won! Got me a fly ass jacket and some popping new pens. Here is a link to watch the time lapse video if you're keen. The band support was river mouth. I hung out in Brisbane for a few days, couple of old time friends and family live up there. I drank whiskey in the humid heat and ate pizza in the gutter and laughed my ass off. Good times.

 2014!! This decade gets better and better. Have been awfully busy yo, moving art to new surfaces and such. The Zebra had a life span of two days before it got tagged but I still have this unblemished photo see. Stay tuned I have exciting things coming up and can't wait to share with y'all.

Sorry that it has been so long between images. It's summer. The ocean needs me and you  more. :)
