Had a dream about these odd creatures. They had the body of a Borzoi dog, with black beaks and kind eyes. They lived in the woods, and ate fruit. Sparrows were afraid of them.
Someone said these words to me today, and it made me want to cry.
Reality has turned inside out, and the Citadel is the last place left to hide. It's leader must either risk the lives of the thousands who depend on her for protection, or continue to slaughter everything that may pose a threat.

YOU GUYS!! My first graphic novel is getting published by Iron Circus Comics, and it’ll be released December 1st 2018!
Preorder it here!! ~ http://a.co/9qSdgC7
Have you ever made time lapses of your art?
I have! Here’s one from The Chancellor and the Citadel -
The others I’ve done are up on my instagram and twitter.
I saw you at ECCC and your art immediately caught my attention. It was awesome and I loved the look of Chancellor so I got a copy of Chancellor and the Citadel and read it on the plane back home. I loved it and can't wait for the release of the full book. Are you going to anymore cons after it's available?
Aw hey thanks! I’m glad you liked it!
Once it’s released I’m planning on hitting a whole lot of conventions - right now I’m thinking RCCC, ECCC, TCAF, and the Alaska Robotics Mini Con. There may be others! Right now I know that I’ll be at RCCC and ECCC for sure.
But even if I’m not at a convention close to you, you’ll still be able to order a copy of the book online, at https://ironcircus.com/shop/ !

PNCA seems like it has a great illustration program. Would you recommend it to someone from the East Coast that’s looking into PNCA for college- is it worth moving to go there for illustration?
It’s hard for me to answer that without knowing your financial situation, career goals, or previous education - but if you want to work in illustration, especially editorial illustration, PNCA is a pretty good choice. Their illustration program taught me a lot, and I know my understanding of color and composition improved dramatically - but I’m just one person. Everyone has a different experience!
If I were you, I’d make the trip out there, visit the school and the city, and ask a whole lot of questions while you’re there. That’s probably the best way to figure out if it’s a good fit for you!
Aarok the optimistic demon knight!
I dunno what he’s fixing. Probably his arm. That’d be first on my list if I was in his shoes
Hey, just an anon fan~ Just thought you should know that I love your content and wish nothing but success for your creative endeavors!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I’m a fellow artist though, and I’d like to start making webcomics n stuff, but don’t know where to start. Are you going to art school, or are you just inherently amazing???
Aaaaaa thank you anon! You’re too sweet!!
Honestly, the best thing you can do is to just start making comics. Make those webcomics! That’s the best way to get better! Just have fun with it, and see where it takes you. Don’t worry about what they look like, or who’s reading them. That’s half the battle right there.
I’ve dabbled in school, but honestly, everything I learned about comics I learned from practicing on my own, reading tons of comics, and reaching out to those who were willing to critique my work.
But that’s not to say that art school isn’t worthwhile! Sometimes it’s just what you need. Everyone gets their art education in different ways, whether that’s through art school, online tutorials, or a supportive community of artists. There’s no one right way to do it! You just gotta find the way that works best for you.
Also! Here’s a big list of resources and tips for comic artists that I used when I was starting out. It says ages 14-18, but it applies to pretty much anyone.
Alright. I hope that helps! Best of luck to you!

When life is unpredictable, I end up spending hours going over every single possibility in my head, and how I’d respond if it happened.
It’s not a great habit.
Colored an old thing, for practice.
Balcony seats.
Made another little animation, just for practice.

Let Chancellor sleep, she's had a long day. >:/
