TWENTY MINUTES, that’s how long it was going to take until Marion would be able to see him. Years spent through communicating on the internet led to this final moment and, most curiously, a rare instance of insecurity began to nip at the brunet. It was childish, how he paced at the station and how his heart raced. Far too malnourished in positive interactions, especially face to face, the figure skater couldn’t help but feel queasy. He was a different man on the internet (no, not by means of cat fishing, that was horribly vulgar) in terms of  speech and weariness. On the internet, he could take the time to think and worried not about his general image nor the hidden reactions of his peers. Speaking through devices brought the brunet ease, he had realized, and glazed over a sense of self-consciousness Marion hadn’t even been aware that he had.

What if Changgu found him weird? Or too volatile thanks to the image he constantly upheld in person? For once, did he look too sophisticated? A hand came to brush at brunet locks, perfectly styled to cater to his usual air of elegance. What was the appropriate dress attire for this type of occasion, anyway? Clutching at the K-2SO gift he brought as a greeting (it was too weird to hand over a doll, he believed this pop figure was the next best thing) his gaze flickered at the station’s clock. Changgu would be arriving any minute now. All he had to do was wait.
