The NES game Donkey Kong Jr. Math was the only North American title to be released under the “Educational Series” label.
The game consists of Donkey Kong holding up a sign with a number, and Donkey Kong Jr. having to find the numbers and math sign to get that number to a point.
Donkey Kong Jr. Math was the worst selling North American launch title for the NES.

In Mario Paint, if the player manages to fill every pixel with different colors (such as using the spray tool with every color), and then attempts to save, this unique animation of the save bot emitting smoke will appear.
This is very hard to accidentally encounter in-game, and as such the majority of players will never see it.
