With the winners of the CG Student Awards out, I saw that I received some Industry Badges! :D

I am proud and honored to receive the 'Pressed' badge and a badge for exceptional skill in animation, from a panel of highly skilled people working at major studios.

I'm thrilled that people at WETA saw my stuff as well :D

I got an internship! :D

It's going to be at MPC London as an animation intern in the film department!

I can finally share it with everybody, now that a contract has been made. After an interview with the global head of animation at MPC, I got my answer during FMX Stuttgart.

I also made the hard decision to interrupt my education at The Animation Workshop due to financial reasons. Getting this internship was the only thing between continuing with animation or going back home and finding out something else.

My goal now is to focus on being the best VFX animator ever.

The internship will be during this summer.

After many weeks of hard work, the first version of my showreel is done :)

I want to pursue VFX feature movie animation as a career.

A short one day exercise we did before the pantomime assignment.

The goal was to have a take, a change of mood.
