I just wanna say i ship you and Mario so hard !!! In your selfship, are you just as close with Luigi as Mario is? Or is he more of a 3rd wheel, lol.. What about Mario's other friends? P.s. Your agere blog's url is so adorable! Ur ship is seriously so cute ahh!

ohhh thank you so so much this is so sweet!! 🥲 i feel bad because im not as active on tumblr i wanna be, ive just been busy with irl stuff and also there are a lot more mario fans on Twitter LOL but im so happy people here still like my stuff, i love everyone's stuff on tumblr!

anyway! luigi is definitely a bit of a third wheel at first but its unintentionally i swear! i like to think mario and luigis house is a lot closer to toad town / the mushroom kingdom than cordys house his, so its more convenient for cordy to go there! and he wants to spend time with luigi too dont get him wrong he sees him like a brother!! eventually though cordy and mario move into cordy's and then eventually make their own little home!

cordy is close with peach too! he went to her a lot with his feelings, if he didn't go to rosalina first that is lol. those two like to eat sweets and like dressing up, very silly friendship. cordy just infects everyone like that!

So a lot of people have been asking me what my plans are for Rosalina.

She is a part of my AU, and unlike most characters.. I have her whole story alllll figured out. Everything from her origin story, her design, the Blue star Festival, heck, even the food at the festival has been dug into. And I wanted to draw a series of comics about her story but.. thinking about how much effort that was going to take was really daunting…

I haven’t really had the mental or physical energy to do anything lately. Let alone draw. I mean, I have a nasty cold so maybe that’s why-

Anyway, I didn’t have the energy to make her comic. And I’m not sure if I ever will.. but I wanted to share something about Rosalina. So here I have some sketches of the different outfits the characters were going to wear, and my redesign for Rosalina.

There’s so much we put into her story and all the little details, but right now I just don’t really have the energy to share it all.. So I guess here’s to hoping I get my energy back sometime and can make more polished content for her wooooo…

Ah yes, the old King Kong himself! I didn’t actually think I was going to add him and Diddy to my AU because I wasn’t sure how they’d fit.. But after brainstorming with a friend, we found a way! XD

I tried to put a lot of thought into DK and Diddy’s designs. Everything was intentional. Diddy and DK’s ENORMOUS size, DKs long fur, the red and blue tones in their fur, DK having long claws while Diddy does not, Diddy’s clothing choice, EVERYTHING! I tried my best to think it all through.

hc that mario and luigi were pretty much inseparable at the end of the movie. mario was scared someone would take luigi and do terrible things to him. and luigi was terrified that Mario would run off and he'd never see him again.
