(Atlas having no mouth is simply a visual design choice, so he can eat and drink but doesn't really need to quite as often. Dawn doesn't need to eat since she's a robot but she likes to do so anyway because it makes her happy somehow. She's kind of a glutton.)

Tribute to my dog Simba. RIP sweet little prince. Eat as much chicken, ham, and steak as you wish, wherever you may be.

He was one of the most loyal and brave pups I knew and he was a part of my life for about 16 years.

Mini comic with some backstory about Atlas and Grace.

I'm a real sucker for the trope where someone loses a loved one, goes mad, and tries to bring them back. In this case, one of Atlas's mistakes was creating a robot in his dead friend's likeness and thinking she could replace Grace.

Spoilers: it doesn't work out. And he'll keep trying different methods, even if it unintentionally hurts others. He's in it for himself even if that means resorting to steal, cheat, and kill and even 'reset' the whole universe. He's not called a 'space pirate' for nothing.

Of course, this is all sort of the main concept now but it could change down the line, idk. I need to work on more detailed oc bios.

Also I listened to this song quite a bit while drawing some of the pages.
