““ten pieces of advice to give yourself””
—
1. If you know someone is wrong don’t raise your voice, help them understand you, improve your argument.
2. Do something you love for a living. If you don’t love it, I hope you have the courage to change it. It’s never too late to be who you want to be.
3. Hold on to what you believe and your values, don’t let things get to your head.
4. Let yourself fall in love with people. With their honest moments, the breakdowns and the daydreams.
5. But also don’t let other people force you into a relationship. Relationships won’t always make you happy, they are magical and wonderful, but it’s also amazing to spend time with your friends or just reading a book by yourself.
6. It’s okay to feel lost. Living it’s hard, but we all feel it. Let yourself get lost, in books, music, art, in the small things in life
7. Make sure you have a safe place to go when you need to be alone and don’t feel bad for rejecting someone help, sometimes we just need some time alone.
8. Don’t feel anxious about small things, at the end of the day, they are just that, small and insignificant.
9. Don’t search for the perfect body, learn to love yourself. Each body distributes in its own way, you are special because you are unique.
10. Find someone you can share your dreams and hopes with, not someone you have to give up your dreams for them to accomplish theirs.

Quirky & Relatable Letter Boards to Brighten Your Room
Married couple Johnny and Joanna from Letter Folk have resurrected the vintage purpose of letter boards. Inspired by coffee shop menus to nameplates, each board follows the old-fashioned beauty of craftsmanship and dedicated labor, without the presence of digital alteration.
Constructed with a minimalistic aesthetic, the items contain white Helvetica letters against a textured jet-black felt background. Adorned with quirky phrases, literary quotes and other hilarious anecdotes from daily life, their mission is to bring artistry and a sense of humor inside every home. With eye-catching and inspirational phrases like “People who love to eat are always the best,” each board is charmingly relatable. Get them here!

10 Advices for myself : 1. Be kind. But not too kind. 2. If you feel you’ve been hurt, you’re hurt. Period. No one else is allowed to tell you how much you’re allowed to hurt. 3. Make the blame. But also take the blame. 4. People are gonna call you, “Crazy” and “Weird” and “Mad” for doing your own thing. Take the compliment. 5. Everyone’s first priority is their own selves. So put yourself first no matter what. 6. If you like that notebook, buy it. So what if you have more than enough empty pages back home? More the merrier. 7. Write. Draw. Sing. Dance. Act. Cry. Laugh. Curse. Do whatever the fuck you want. So long as it doesn’t affect them, no one has the right to complain against it. 8. The world is full of hypocrites. You may even find one in the mirror at times. But it’s alright. 9. Whatever you do, don’t put reins on your dreams. Dreams are the only highways with an infinite horizon that holds the impossible. 10. Laugh. Keep laughing. Happy is your best look.

Take your dreams and plant them in the loveliest of soils. Water them, nurture them, and feed them your attention each and every day. As time goes by, watch them grow. Notice how they blossom in the most magnificent ways. These dreams are yours, and will grow to be just right. All that is needed is time, attention, and an undying love as to nourish.

Don’t you dare give up. Not tonight, not tomorrow, not ever.

In millions of years, we will be gone. Not only we, but our planet as well, and everything that lives on it. Our music, our stories, our art, our science, our politics, our languages, our feelings, everything we’ve got. It will all cease to exist. There will be no one or nothing to remember us. Nobody to tell our story. There will be no proof that we’ve existed at all. We will be stardust again. This calms me, but on the other hand it makes me realise that there are - and were - so many things out in the universe that I will never know exist. It makes me feel so small, and so grateful. I am so blessed to be alive at this moment. I am a part of something so much bigger, I am one with the earth and the stars. Even though I am such a small part of this big universe, there is so much to learn. Even though I am of such insignificance to this planet, and our world - and knowledge- will dissapear, I will make the best of being alive. It’s so magical.
I think I truly touched the miracle of life. (via silverfaeblossoms)
Being ‘busy’ does not necessarily make one ‘successful.’ Being ‘successful’ means doing what you love, regardless of what it is. We only have so much time and energy, so only spend them on the things that truly matter to you, And then you will be successful.
