Going for a sumo max after 6 months of not pulling sumo wasn't the greatest idea and tired me out quite a bit. Nonetheless, here's a tiny conventional deadlift PR (that I didnt warm up for) on the heels my failed sumo session. Because why not? This is without a doubt my most yolo'd pull of the year. Enjoy. But yeah, I'm switching to sumo for my next training cycle.

Things are really starting to click with my bench press. Leg drive is definitely still a work in progress, but I can finally feel tension transferring from my feet on the floor to the bar...making me way more explosive. I tried to do every rep with a slight pause (some longer than others), but I'm super pleased with my bench progress. This 235 4x4 felt like 7.5 RPE. Benching 3 days a week on TSA is really paying off lol.

I had a really productive session tonight, featuring my first set of 330 3x5 Squat at 7ish RPE and 495 1x5 Glute Thrust at 8RPE (PR). The funny thing about my Glute Thrusts is that I had previously done 425x5 thinking that was my max...never settle. Shot by my lovely lady @paulineslays ❤
320 4x7 squat felt like an easy 7.5 RPE tonight. I'm really eager to see where my squat max is after a few more weeks of TSA.
