âIf it was on occasion, it would be a rare one,â Septima responded back with a small laugh. She glanced down at her bag that was half full with the books and papers she was packing up. She was ready to burst though, as Marlene called it, and she didnât like having to accept this kind of defeat. âI may be tired, but Iâm merely going to take a break,â she lied, hoping the other would drop it so she could escape and head out of he library. It would be rude to just u and leave mid-conversation.
âI do believe that is true,â Marlene agreed, âHowever, this time I am actually in here on behalf of someone else. Iâm not sure if we can count it as me being in the library if Iâm not even going to be doing the learning myself. Hit one of my mates in Quidditch practice with the bludger. So heâs in the hospital wing getting his shoulder looked at. My punishment for him not being fast enough is to collect the books he needs.â She rolled her eyes, as if that was such an injustice. âWell, donât let me stop your break. Or you could help me find the books - seeing as the likelihood of you knowing where they are versus the likelihood of me knowing where they are...â She trailed off, giving a hopeful smile.
