Blaine knew things were going to change for him. He was past his Eighteenth Birthday, and knew that he was still waiting  for his soulmate to realize he was waiting for her.  He was somewhere else and than he felt like saw her for the first time. She really was beautiful as he got a glimpse of her. He felt relieved that it was happening.

Marley rubbed at her arm a bit more as she bit her lip wishing that her arm would just stop hurting her right now. She tried to ignore the sensation as she kept running her hand over the spot that was sore as could be from getting her soulmate marking.

Ugh!

Marley bit her lip as she sat in the back of her English class rubbing at the strange almost burning sensation on her arm. She was about to become 18 and that meant that her soulmates name would sear itself into her arm. She did her best to pay attention and take notes, but she could feel a set of eyes watching her. When she glanced around no one seemed to be paying any attention to her though. She shrugged off the feeling and went back to trying to concentrate.

  Marley instinctively curled into Blaine. “My mom.” She rushed to whisper. “I need to text her… What if something happened? There’s no way out the back from the kitchen…” She said sobbing quietly.

Marley, sweetie we can’t call right now. We don’t want them to hear us.  He said as he looked at her. “Oh wait yes just text her and let her know if something is happening. I bet she fine, as your mother a strong lady.

Marley quickly text her mom and waited for a message back from her mom. "She's not texting back." Marley whimpered.

Marley heard the gun shot and she let out a yelp at the scream echoing down the hallway. She shook as she ran to hide like Mr.Schue said. She his behind some speakers with Blaine on her right and no one on her left. She shook to wipe her tears as they silently poured down her...
