Ben raised a brow where the hell did Bekka get off? she was so rere. “Hope sweetheart this is Bekka do you remember her? She knew you when you were just a little baby.” He could have slapped a bitch Bekka. “Speaking of Brother’s she has one on the way don’t we? She’s been so excited ever since she found out mommy was having her a little brother. Can you tell the nice lady your brother’s name?” He turned and looked at Ken. “Oh yes of course. Have you finally decided that we’re sing Winter Wonderland?” He said as they went off to sing and Ben left Hope with Evie.

Dimitri rolled his eyes behind Bekka at Bekka. “H-Hey! Merry Chistmas!” He hugged and kissed he on the cheek quick. “Oh.”He nervous laughs and think’s you little shit you’d be dead if I didn’t kill your daddy, but dimitri smiled anyway. “So adorable. That’s exactly right you guys go on…” He watched the little boy walk away. “Go get fat.” Dimitri was an asshole. He turned back to Bekka, Hope and Evie. “Hi Eve.” He said with a voice that remembered her kissing him mostly like a little school boy just for kicks. “Is her brain still scrambled from the drugs or?”

Bekka just looked at Ben for a moment. “Ben before you go I, um I wanted to tell you I wont be back to work.”Wow Bekka was scared in her balls about her bold decision. “And I also thought I should let you know that my feelings are hurt that you treat me this way over Hope.” Bekka would probs cry about it later. “Break a leg.” She said and watched as Ben and Ken went on stage. Bekka was unsure of her decision to step away from her position and career was huge for her. And yeah maybe she did want him to be proud of the choice she made on her own.

Eve was proud of her sexy man in command. “Good job dear!” She smiles and pecks him on the lips before he left to sing. “Hmm? oh yeah. Hope will always be scrambled in the head, Darby.” she shakes her head like poor thing about hope not realizing she fucked up Dimitri’s name . You could tell Bekka didn’t like them speaking of Hope this way but she just couldn’t deal with it right now.

Ben just watched as she opened it but as she spoke and moved closer to the bars Ben couldn’t help himself as she moved as close as he could and kissed her through the bars before pulling away and looking at her. “Merry Christmas, Eveie.” Ben said and parted ways from her wishing she was in his arms even after everything he still wanted her as his wife.

God she missed his kisses. It all happened so suddenly and she watched him walk away until he was out of sight. Eve pulled the necklace out of the box and there was a symbol of their love hidden beneath. “That man!” She smiled happily. Eve had tossed her rings at Ben and even tried to murder him yet here he was again trying to fix things like he often did.  Ben hadn’t gave up on them. “Till death do us part.” She smirked as she slipped the ring onto her finger.

“I know. That’s why I’m here.” Ben pulled out a tiny Tiffany’s box from his coat pocket and handed it to her through the bars. “I know how you like nice things. I’m sure the orange jumpsuit is killing you. Besides a woman like you doesn’t belong in the ordinary bland attire as all the rest of these women.” He sighs. He had to be going quickly before someone seen. “Open it.” He whispered and inside it was a necklace and underneath the top half of the box it was her wedding rings, but she didn’t know that yet.

Eve’s eyes lit up and her mouth watered seeing the Tiffany’s box. A gasp slipped her perfect mouth before she spoke, “Benny, you shouldn’t have.” She said taking the box and opening with a child like smiles with a hint of crazy. This necklace- beautiful it’s the one I’ve been wanting I know it was a little over a thousand dollars.” Dollar signs made Eve wet. “Thank you. Thank you so much! But honestly all I want for Christmas is you.” She said leaning into the bars as close as possible. “I love you, Benjamin.” she said truthfully.

Eve looked up from her prison cell discovering her husband. “Benny!” She rushed to the bars holding on to them. “It’s Christmas Eve...” She knew he was probably on his way to the stations Christmas Party.

“I’ve been worse.” He replies. “You killed a woman Eve. You don’t have a choice.” He tells her as she stares. “You are insane aren’t you?” He sighs brushing her hair behind her ear thinking about how he could get her put in a mental hospital instead of prison. He did love her once.

Eve looked over at her husband, “Am I really like her?” She spoke of her mother that she despised. “I want to get better, Ben, please help me.” She cried as she placed the right side of her face in the palm of his hand.

Ben went back up to Eve’s room and seen she was awake. He sighed. “How are you feeling?” He asks.

“I’ve been better. Are you okay?” She stared at the typical white hospital wall. “Ben I don’t want to go back.”

Highway Don't Care

Ben had given in and half forgave @marlowe-eve-gordon for trying to kill him since she bargained him a child for her freedom it was wrong and he knew it, but he was running out of time and he was starting all over. He waited till everyone was out of the station and he stayed late and cuffed Eve to him and snuck her out and then cuffed her to the dashboard so she didn’t try anything funny. As they drove there was a loud metal crushing noise and the front windows basically exploded on impact and shattered everywhere. Ben was disoriented for a moment and his airbag punched him in the face. He looked over seeing the busted headlights barely lit from Eve’s side of the door he then knew how bad her injuries must have been. He moved slow but not even his door would open from how badly the frame of the car was damaged.

Ben’s eyes squinted as he looked up at where the window would have been and he seen Bekka. “I’m fine.” He breathes. “Her.” He knocks her head toward the passenger seat. “Check her.” Ben said and grabbed his knife and cut the airbag so it would deflate faster and he could crawl out the window. He was slow and a little sore but he made it out and walked over to Eve’s side. “Eve, Evie.” He said slicing into the airbag on her side and he grabbed her by the chin to look at her. “Where does it hurt?” He asked and then looked at Bekka realizing it was her that had hit them. “Have you called for help?” He asked hoping not.

Eve tried to speak but she could only whisper, so instead she pointed to her chest unaware that she was suffering from a collapsed lung. “Benny. I. love. you.: She cries making her condition worse before passing out due to lack of oxygen.

“What?” He said in disbelief. “You’re blaming this on a doll now? Gloria is myReborn that I had to get, because you wouldn’t give me a real child.” He was still bitter he never got his child. “You’re more insane then I originally thought. You disgust me. and you will rot away in here.”

“I know it sounds insane, but Ben please. You know me better than I know myself. Yes, I tried to kill you because you cheated on me and it broke my heart but I didn’t kill Kringle. I’m over the hurt from being cheated on...I just want you, Ben. I want our family. Make love to me Ben. Let me give you a child. A real child with a heartbeat and blood.” She looks into his eyes and tries to seduce him.

Ben has to hide a laugh at what she called Reese. Ben stayed just out of reach to her arms. “Oh that makes it all better.” He said coldly. “SHUT UP! and sit out.” He told her. “Look at where you are! how can you say that?” He shakes his head. “She was stabbed in the eye with a Valentino red sole shoe, Eve. Who else but you would kill someone in that way?”

“I see you hiding your laughter Benny because you and I we know that about each other.” She tried to touch him deeply. “Benjamin. I. did. not. kill. Kringle.” She stated firmly and believed her own lie. “I know what it looks like and I don’t know. It was that doll. The doll you carried around earlier in the year behind the scenes. The doll. Our dollhter  did this. It’s like those scary movies.” she tried to place the blame on an object.

Reese turned seeing her. He smiled and shook his head disgusted. “That depends. Can I speak to Miss Kringle?” He smiled sarcastically. “No I can’t, because you killed her with your high heel shoe. and I don’t think your Soon to be Ex-husband wants to see you anyway.”

“Actually he does.” Ben said stepping out of the shadows and closer to Eve’s cell. “Shut the door on your way out, Kinsley.” He said stating the Reese needed to leave them alone. As Reese nodded and said his usual Yes Sir. I will sir and walked out shutting the door. Ben just looked at Eve. “So. You wanted me dead. funny thing betrayal is isn’t it? Look at you.” He shook his head. “Completely insane. you ended up just like her.” He spoke of Eve’s mother.

“It wasn’t me you Arwin Hawkhauser wannabe!” She shouted and pulled on the bars.  “Ben. Ben? Benny!” She outstretched her arms through the slotted bars. reaching out for him. “Hold me!” She pleaded. “I wanted it back then but this is now. If I would’ve killed you I was going to kill myself too.” Her voice quivered. “I’m not insane! DON’T SAY THAT! I’M NOT MOTHER!” she broke out in a tantrum. “Listen! I didn’t kill that woman! You have to help me.”

Ben turned quickly hearing eve speak and he stood in front of Bekka. “Give it up, Marlowe! You’re out numbered and your out witted. you’ve been found out and you will pay for what you done to Miss Kringle.” He says and as she rants and he acts like he could care less. “Do you see why now? You’re deranged!” Ben said and she ran at him stabbing him. “Agh!” He fell to the floor in a pool of his own blood. “Bekka.” He took a breath. “Run.” He said taking the strength he had left grabbing eve’s ankle and pulling her down to the floor with him holding her there as they tussled on the floor.

“Chief Gordon!!” Bekka was left breathless. “No I won’t leave you!” Bekka reacted in a Blue way, “Sit still,” She whispered needing Ben and Eve to stop tussling on the floor, she pulled the trigger shooting Eve. Bekka dropped her gun immediately she was having a panic attack, she dropped to her knee falling in the pool of blood.  

Eve felt the sharp pain of the bullet going through her shoulder. “Ben.” She was hurting and scared. Eve’s breathing quickens as she fell to the floor face up next to her husband and she just lay there beside him for a minute. “Do you realize this is the closest we’ve been in years.” She starts to laugh hysterically. “Kringle’s death was an accident.” She looked over at Ben. “I still love you.”

“What?” He rushed over seeing the frozen corpse. “My god, it’s Kringle.” Their old Secretary. “ who was I married to?” He said seeing the shoe in the freezer that Kringle’s eye was stabbed out with.

“Me,” She steps out of the shadowy corner and viciously smiles. “Benny. You were married to me, but you broke our vows and my heart when you kissed that whore in front of our friends at the Christmas Party. And then Kringle told me that your little side-chick wasn’t the first one...that you had these bitches that you called commistresses! You’re disgusting...and I see you brought her into our home tonight. I hope you idiots called back up.” She ran at Ben and stabbed him with a knife she had concealed. “You’re going to wish you had just let me poison you at least then it would have been delicious.”

“Just say it.” He said seeing it on her tongue but hesitating. Her words hit him like a brick but then it clicked and everything made sense. it played in super speed in his head all the clues and dead give away’s. “She’s trying to kill me.” He said knowing exactly what was going on. “I never caught it before but makes perfect sense. The special treatment, he learning to cook, and coming down to the station to make sure I eat it.” He looked back at the door. “But I need proof.” He said knowing they needed the evidence setting right on his kitchen table. Ben opened the door and stepped back in. “Eveie?” He says acting a if everything were fine. “I’ve gotta run down to the station for a bit. Somethings come up and I’m needed.” He said to his evil wife.

“Oh baby no!” She said frustrated. “At least, take your dinner with you.” She packed it up for him. “Make sure you finish it all to keep your strength up.” She smiled. ‘I love you!” She gave him his packed dinner and hugged him.

Ben had just got home and washed up, as he sat at the table Eve smiled. “Boy I’ve been waiting for you, Darling.” She evilly grins at her husband. “You know I was thinking of our wedding vows tonight as I prepared our meal. I’m true woman of my word and till death do us part.” She clinked his wine glass and drank. “I bet you’re hungry huh? Let’s eat.” Eve placed his plate in front of him and just as she sat down to watch him take the first bite of this highly poisoned meal the door rang. “Shit!” She said. “Who would be visiting this late?”

“Marlowe don’t you see? I don’t take days off I’m the leader and I have to lead.” He sighs and shake his head. “I’m sorry, but I have to do this.” He felt horrible, but would never let that be an excuse to not do his duty to his team. “I’ll see you tonight.” He kisses her cheek and walks out.

“Yes but the show must go on.” He sighs. “What? are you crazy? a true commissioner is a leader and needs to set an example for his team. this is no such thing as rest in my field.” He said and was still feeling like shit more and more everyday.

“All I’m asking for is one day, baby please!” She held him. “Let me make you a feast. I’ll rub your feet and sing you to sleep. Anything! Just please call in. The idiots can make it 24 hours at least without you. Just assign someone to be the overseer.” If he did this she was going attempt to finish him off.
