MARNIE: Because it's affecting mine. Why do you care so much?

BENJI: Close your vent.

MARNIE: I need the air to ventilate.

MARNIE: I don't want it going on in my home, it's not a big deal. The cops will come and just check around..

BENJI: Why don't you just mind your own business and let people live their lives.

MARNIE: Because it's affecting mine. Why do you care so much?

BENJI: I don't like many things but I don't go sticking my nose where it shouldn't be.

MARNIE: I don't want it going on in my home, it's not a big deal. The cops will come and just check around..

BENJI: Don't. That's a stupid idea.

MARNIE: It is, I don't like that kind of thing at all. I don't want it where I live.

MARNIE: It's not, it's illegal and I can't just let it happen.

BENJI: Yes people are given marijuana in hospitals.

BENJI: Someone like who..?

MARNIE: People who are prescribed to it, not to everyone.

MARNIE: The police, it's not legal here..

BENJI: It's not bad. Better than most drugs.

BENJI: Probably. Why?

MARNIE: It's still pretty terrible, Benji. It does a lot of things to your body and it doesn't help people who have allergies or ashtma or anything like that.

MARNIE: I wanna speak to them about stopping otherwise I'm going to have to speak to someone about it.

MARNIE: Oh? That's a real shame, I wish I had known that before moving in.

MARNIE: ...I was just asking, do you know if it's someone in the building?

BENJI: I'm surprised you know what it smells like.

BENJI: Yeah, I think some do.

MARNIE: My friend used to have a habit of doing it, I've been trying to get him to stop but that's besides the point.

MARNIE: Do you know names? I'd like to talk to the landlord.

MARNIE: Hey, Benji! It’s Marnie, from upstairs (obviously). I just had a quick question if you had time?

BENJI: Hey? Sure. What is it?

MARNIE: So, I mean I've never been that close to it but I'm pretty sure I smell weed? Coming out from my vents and stuff like that and I was just wondering if you know if your neighbors are doing it?
