Not a big fan of how our community has been weirdly welcoming toward the radqueer community the past month. Not a big fan of the ideology that tells you minors that "are transadults" can go into nsfw spaces and have sex talks with actual adults. Not a big fan of the ideology that seems weirdly supportive of minors asking for adults to flirt with them.

Maybe it's just me tho, but I'm uncomfortable with minors being sexual with me. Maybe my woke ends there.

I love my pals with contradicting identities like lesboys/turigirls, in fact I love EVERY queer person. I love plurals (all of them.), I love POC, I love disabled people, I love.

However, I'm not a fan of an ideology promoting shits like nazism or abuse, saying "transnazis are valid, transabusers are valid, they're not actually that!!" just to say a hour later that everyone should be able to "transition into their transID" (become a nazi? become an abuser?).

Yeah, maybe it's just a me issue.

Is that happening on the wider proship community? Because we have that issue in our fandom currently, a group of radqueers suddenly appeared and started posting in our ship tag. To note, it's an incest ship, and the radqueers actually support irl incest and tag their posts with bullshit like "consanguinamory" or whatever. And since it's a tiny fandom, it's very noticeable.

Do you think that's coordinated? They really appeared out of nowhere. Are radqueers trying to force themselves in the proship community?

I am a proshipper, but this community pmo.

I am actively triggered by incest, severely, any kind, even fictional. And yes, I have all the tags blocked. But people fucking post incest all the time without fucking tagging it and when I ask for them to tag it I get told I’m asking them to censor their art and that I’m an anti.

I am actively called a “fake darkshipper” by people for not liking incest. Like all the fucking time, it is genuinely every day atp.

I am called a fake proshipper for being uncomfortable with any sexual content involving a minor and avoiding it, literally not harassing anyone, just avoiding it.

I genuinely cannot blame people for having a bad taste on proshippers when THIS is my experience AS a pro/darkshipper of being harassed BY them I got spammed with incest porn by a proshipper to “help me get over it.” Like there are issues we gotta adress in ourselves.

Alas, as much as a wish proship also meant "in full support of tagging your stuff properly", you'll find assholes in every community :/

Though truth be told, since they're harassing YOU over fiction preferences, I'd argue some of those individuals aren't proship at all, just darkshippers with no sense of kindness and etiquette.
