I first discovered Simblr a very long time ago, back in 2014 if I remember correctly, and I was active there until around 2017. Back then my PC was old, my screenshots were pretty average quality, and I had no reshade at all. I edited everything using only Photoshop.

In 2019 I started playing Sims 4, but only for myself and never really posted anything. Then, in September 2025, I suddenly felt this huge urge to come back to simblr, to my blog. I missed creating, and I missed my OCs. At first, it was really hard. Simblr had changed so much, and the style people have now feels very different too. But little by little, through experimenting with editing, I started finding my style. I'm not even sure if I have a "style", because I change it all the time. Sometimes my pictures are bright and colorful, sometimes dark and moody. I just really enjoy experimenting and trying new things. Gshade can be stressful to use, but is fun. I'm still learning. I wouldn't say my Photoshop skills are amazing, but it's been really nice remembering all the little editing tricks I used back in the day.

I also want to mention how much I enjoy editing bodies in Photoshop. I used to do it back in Sims 3 too, but with Sims 4 I feel like I've taken it to a completely different level. It's honestly one of my favorite parts of the creative process and sometimes I think I enjoy it a little too much....
