She stayed under the bleachers now sweating slightly after hearing the woman’s voice…she was most certainly intimdated but didn’t show it…she thought Sakura was quite attractive and that was the reason she had been watching and she let out a whisper of a reply. “Uh…I-I’m n-not frightened…just a b-bit n-nervous and s-shy.” She grew a bit shaky after she replied.
"Ah, I see. Well, there is no reason to be nervous, but I understand the feeling. Feel free to do whatever you like." She gave the other a smile before going back to her training, zoning out.

She blushed a deep red when she had been noticed…she knew she had gone too far out from under the bleachers and kind of just stared at Sakura, her eyes a bit wide as she blinked slowly, also slowly scooting back under the bleachers.
Sakura blinked, a slight tinge of rose reaching her cheekbones.
"I'm sorry...I did not mean to frighten you."
[♒] Tears had begun to form in the swimmer’s eyes. “I’ve been the one setting everything up. I am the mastermind. I came up with all the games, the executions…everything. I started plotting our freshman year. But before that…back in middleschool is actually when I…snapped? Would that be the word? Anyways, the first person I…killed…it was an act of passion…she pushed me and pushed till I broke. I didn’t tell anyone because I was afraid…my pride got the best of me. And after that…I just got so sick of everyone’s shit…of the expectations, the stereotypes…the jokes. No one took me seriously! You’re the onlytrue friend I’ve really made in years…” Aoi took a moment to wipe her eyes and take a breath. “I did all this to prove a point…but at the same time my habits became a coping method. I…enjoyed it. It’s disgusting but it felt liberating…I’ve damned myself though..Had I met you a few years before all this, maybe I would have been strong enough to swim back up…afterall, what person is weak enough to let other’s words and opinions get to them? Me obviously…” By this point, she was holding back sobs and dared not look up at the fighter. “I’m a monster…a failure…I won’t ask your forgiveness…I don’t deserve it. I don’t blame you for hating me. You wouldn’t be the first…”
"...!" Sakura's expression changed rapidly, shock to disbelief to anger to something else that wasn't quite readable before she forced her visage to resemble a stony mask. The one she'd used before attending Hope's Peak, the one she'd used to hide those times when she felt emotion but felt unable to show it.
"I know how it feels to be on the wrong end of such remarks and jokes," she finally said, her voice strained. "It's not pleasant. It's not easy...it may not mean much any longer, and it doesn't do much to affect how I feel upon finding this out, but...I know some of what you went through. Most do not continue to push as they seemed to have done with you, but I know why they didn't, and even that is painful...but to let that drive you to murder? You are stronger than that, Asahina. If you were not, you would not be standing here right now, that much I can guarantee. What point made you feel that taking lives was the only way to make others see? What were you trying to prove that you thought called for such drastic action?"

She turned her back again, her voice pained as her head hung low.
"What else do you wish to tell me? What more have you been hiding?"

She was about to keep going when she felt a pair of arms around her neck, shifting her balance slightly as her unexpected guest all but tackled her. She froze as she felt lips brush against the side of her neck, shivering slightly at the foreign feeling.

"..." She'd been trying to puzzle it out the entire morning. No matter what she layered up in, she always felt as if she had a chill, and she was starting to notice her breath creating small clouds of steam in the air...not to mention the small limning of frost collecting on the shoulders of the jacket she was wearing. She frowned, moving to try and find a blanket to wrap around herself, and as she did her fingertip brushed against a lampshade. The entire ensemble, shade, bulb, stand, and even cord, was suddenly turned to solid ice, the cord slipping out of the wall (it wasn't on, thankfully) and falling to the floor, where a few chips broke off.
"What in the world...?!"
