Rules to prevent it from going too far

🌹Don’t lower your goal weight. Ever. Don’t forget that it’s enough.

🥀 When your stomach passes the flat point and starts caving in you’ve gone to far and you need to stop that shit.

🌷If you’re passing out at work you need to eat more.

🌺 If it’s too hard to lift normal things such as milk jug, PlayStation, table chairs, you need more calories.

🌸 Don’t work out every day of the week.

🏵️ When you find yourself saying “fuck this” and eating everything in your house, you’re restricting too hard.

🌻 Always drink lots of water throughout the day whether or not you’re fasting.

🌼 Keep in mind that you may gain and loose the same 3 lbs of water or food weight throughout the week and it’s not fat.

💮 If you really feel the need to eat, eat. And don’t feel bad about it.

🫒 You need to eat all three macronutrients. Protein, Carbs, and Fats wouldnt be called macronutrients if they weren’t important for bodily functions. If you cut out even one you risk DYING. Fats arent evil. Carbs arent evil. Protein isnt any more important than the other two. You cannot survive on protein and micronutrients(vitamins and minerals) alone.

🧊 There is such a thing as TOO MUCH WATER. You need to consume sodium, as well as other micronutrients, for healthy blood. Drinking too much water without salt to counter balance will leave you water poisoned. Properly salting foods to up your sodium isn’t as harmful as diet culture makes it out to be.

stop criticizing other people's Ed foods omg not everyone wants to live off celery and that's okay, safe foods are not about calories or health, it's about comfort. Nothing about our relationship with foods makes any sense or follows any rules so stop acting like there's only one way of literally starving yourself. As if most of us aren't already scared of most meals, don't make it worse

“Ana Tips” except it’s actually good advice that wont kill you pt.2

Keep your appendages warm!! Gloves, socks, pinching your nose, will keep blood flowing to those areas. Especially if you live in a cold place where hypothermia is a risk.

If you are an afab person who wants to have children, make sure you track your cycle and take vitamins. If you lose your cycle you may never gain your fertility back.

Don’t do drugs or smoke!! I know you’ve heard this 1000 times but starting drug use because of an ED is a slippery slope. I started smoking and doing adderal to lose weight and I ended up losing thousands of dollars and friends to cocaine and opioid addiction.

Take care of your hair and skin. Even if its the cheapest products, a little can go a long way in terms of skin care.

Trying to shave excess hair growth due to malnutrition (lanugo) doesn’t work. It will keep growing back thicker because your body is trying to keep itself warm.

Keep a to do list or a planner. Brain fog is a real thing and it might help you manage your time.

Dont drink apple cider vinegar straight. Its very acidic and can cause tooth decay and burns over time.

Try to work yourself up to eating at least 3-500 calories a day at least twice a week, thats needed for proper brain function.

If you feel you are going to faint, sit down as quick as possible and if you can put your head between your knees, do. You don’t want a concussion.

I would like to say that these posts are for harm reduction reasons. I believe everyone deserves recovery. Stay safe
