Hey anime, can you stop introducing terrible terrible people —usually women— and having the cast suddenly treat them like a friend and pretty much instantly forget the horrible shit they’ve done and pretending they aren’t the terrible people they proved themselves to be just because the protagonist is just so stupidly nice? That’d be great.

Surefire and easiest way to make a villain. Have them believe in a natural order of things. Terrible things usually follow that thought process.
