Marvin Lang is a co-working studio, an office, an atelier, a meeting place. Housed in the shell of an early 20th Century garage, it is designed to be an open space where creatives can work, interact, collaborate, and host events. Don Mears is part of a group entering this year's 48 Hour Film Festival. The Marvin Lang building will be converted into a film studio for the festival over the weekend of July 13-15! Watch for more posts to follow the progress of the project.

As a result of his work in the group show View Find at Page Bond Gallery, Ansel received a private corporate commission to photograph several locations in Virginia with film cameras, resulting in the sale of 11 large prints for their collection.

We Love Design...We Love Ice Cream too! The new Gelati Celesti location at Stony Point (link to location), A Fraser Design project designed by Peter Fraser and Lauren Stewart was recently featured in The Richmond Time Dispatch and Workit Richmond. Fair to say its the best in #RVA, well worth the indulgence.

Next up, Peter, Lauren and Ansel team up to shoot the new place, rethinking and expanding possibilities of interior and architectural photography.

The Bamboo Bike Studio gave a frame building workshop at the Marvin Lang building last weekend. The images show the bamboo frames before the joints are wrapped in carbon and resin.
