Revamp of Cam's old mermay -- went with a mermaid mage/knight from the King's army! I'm really proud of this one though, it looks really nice, I'm impressed with myself oho but yeah, I wanted to keep true to her true knight outfit while also designing around it hehe (2 versions, transparency and without)

I have been here from D1, pulled into the game by my friends.
A small clan fighting the forces of evil, using magic and defending the traveler with all our might. We were always working together and making memories. We were always exploring and having fun.
D2 came, a small group of 4 of us carried on the legacy, fought on for our comrades. We learned, we adapted, we made new friends, we killed gods hundreds of times, we created our own stories.
There's so much I love about this game that I will miss. So much I wished to do but never had the time. In a sense, with Destiny 2 being placed in "stasis" (what I'm calling it to cope), I have hope that I can finally catch up.
As an artist, I regret not drawing more nor finishing my WIPs in time with all the updates 😂 but once I'm done my current art project (mermay), I plan to reminisce through the game through my art and post the incomplete WIPs that I never got to. Then, I plan to finally complete my characters' stories. I have 3 stories to tell, all of them a mess but deserving to be told. I hope I'll get there 🫶
Although Destiny is nearing its end and there are stories we won't see completed, I plan to stay active with my characters. I plan to stick around in the fandom, although I can be quiet. I will continue to support the game.

You can have any animal for a pet. Any complications such as “keeping the animal healthy and happy” and “the time and effort it would take to keep happy and healthy pet” and “keeping yourself uneaten” and “the pet I want is kind of extinct” have all been solved perfectly. You don’t have to think of that.

While I understand the desire to make Big Art entirely and viscerally I think it's worth considering that small art often leaves an outsized impact on its audience. Short stories, teensy indie games, short films, sketches on scrap paper, carved or sculpted figures that would fit in the palm of your hand, etc. etc. are all things that, when they hit your psyche at just the right angle, can stay lodged in there forever specifically because they are small. It is not necessary for a thing to be sprawling for it to have impact.

hahahaha dA those were the days!! It was so long ago, those memories are almost all gone! I did go back and take a peak at your old accounts and I'm getting vague flashbacks of how we were. It looks like we used to be close and message all the time! (I'm all over your profile comments haha 🙈) but sadly I barely remember actual details (like our characters lmao but I'm sure it'll come back to me eventually once I find our very very old art)
