Ficar de NF e emagrecer é difícil, mas continuar gorda é ainda pior.
eu me sinto tão patética, faz dias que não perco 1g na balança. ainda perdi a balança! eu deveria tomar vergonha na cara e me esforçar mais, sempre me dou muita liberdade "ain eu mereço tal comida/doce" NÃO VOCÊ NÃO MERECE!!! vou parar com isso e começar a pegar pesado comigo mesma, eu tô consumindo muito açúcar e gordura... meu menor peso me assombra... vou comparar adoçante zero pra conseguir tomar chá. além disso preciso focar mais nas proteínas pra ficar saciada por mais tempo, vou fazer assim : 1/4 de fonte de proteína & 3/4 de legumes e verduras. ah sla eu só queria que emagrecer fosse fácil
E como ele conta, sem dó nem piedade, a balança não mente, espelhos não mentem, as roupas não mentem.... Não se iluda! Continue no foco 🦋🦋🦋
