THE MUMMY (1999) dir. Stephen Sommers
The intimacy of "for you, I would."
“I confess I do not know why, but looking at the stars always makes me dream.”
— Vincent van Gogh
There is only one god and his name is Death.
Breathe. You haven’t met all of you yet. There is so much more life to live.
War doesn’t start with violence. It starts with misunderstandings and prejudice. If you say you’re in favor of a world full of peace, you have to try to understand why others think and act the way they do. You have to accept that not everyone sees the world the way you do. You can’t believe everyone has the answers to what is right and wrong. If you haven’t made an attempt to understand the one you love then I’ll be pessimistic on behalf of the whole world.

And then I learned it. The horror of the truth. I understood that I was nothing. A wretch. A blot. Not even of the same nature as man. This hurt clung to my mind. It never let go.
FRANKENSTEIN — 2025, dir. Guillermo del Toro
