How Sweet It Is

Come along with me on my two year journey as International Sweetheart of Sigma Chi. I can't imagine a greater honor and am incredibly excited to share my travels and experiences with you! During my two years, I will be working to raise funds and awareness for The Huntsman Cancer Institute, Sigma Chi's main philanthropy.  This is a cause near and dear to my heart as my father, a Sigma Chi, is cancer free as of April.  The Huntsman Cancer Institute is one of the worlds leading organizations in cancer research.  I'm honored to be associated with a foundation that works so tirelessly to end this horrific disease.  I encourage you to help me and my Sigma Chi brothers as we work to raise funds for HCI.  We are the generation that will end cancer.

On the way home from Western Illinois I saw signs for Monmouth and decided to take a little side trip. I can't put into words how special it was to find the birthplace of Kappa Kappa Gamma on this beautiful morning. Kappa has changed my life in such an immense way, and I am eternally grateful to the six exceptional women who came together to start this legacy.
