I was as young as ten years old when I first watched Defenders of the Earth on german television and fell in love with the family aspect of it. Over the years, I created and developed my own characters and storylines and even published some fanfictions during 2011-13.

I'll be taking a bit of a break. Work's rather stressful these days and I want to focus more on other things right now. I stopped the Queue because constantly adding to it became quite a chore at this point. Maybe focusing on other stuff will help me get back into things. I'm sure I'll be back rather sooner than later though, can't stay without my fandoms for long^^

Edit: New job and extensive training during the next few months. So no sign of life from me here. Unfortuately the queue will post the posts that are queued for a specific day automatically even though I stopped it from posting. So the birthdays will go through regardless.

Update: I tried to get back into the swing of things a couple of weeks ago but... I'll have to redo my whole queue and it will take ages and that demotivated me so much again... Never fear though, my hyperfixations always resurface again at some point, so I will be back someday for sure. New job is very stressful and leaves me with little time for all my fandoms, so I've decided to focus on 1-2 things and enjoy them rather than skipping around between all of my passions and feeling exhausted in the process. I will create new content at some point and refill my queue for you guys, I promise. ♥

The “Extras” - Kisa

What roles should the “Extras” play - aka Dynak, Zuffy and Kisa? 

While Kisa is at least a useful companion who featured heavily in the Panther Peril episode and was useful some more in other episode, I still wouldn’t add her. Usually she just tags along with Jedda which is nice I guess but when I remember her sitting next to Jedda in a spaceship, wearing an actual helmet, that’s just too much.

Maybe I’d have her at first until Jedda is finally at home in Central City and then have her being returned to Africa when Jedda realizes that while she can be happy here, Kisa probably will never be because a city is no place for a panther. Kisa could still show up whenever Jedda’s in Africa.

I mean, the Phantom didn’t bring his wolf and his horse either because there’s a time and place for everything and Central City is not it. Since a few episodes take place in Bengalla, there would still be plenty of room for guest appearances from Kisa if needed.
