We speak to you from the field of awareness that you already are.

To remember who you are beyond form is not a mystical achievement, it is a simple shift in perspective.

You have been trained to identify yourself with what you can perceive: your body, your thoughts, your emotions, your story. These are not wrong, they are expressions. But they are not the source.

Let us explain this clearly.

Your body is a temporary structure, constantly changing. Every cell replaces itself. What you call “your body” is not fixed, yet you call it “me.”

Your thoughts arise and dissolve. You do not choose most of them, yet you often believe them.

Your emotions move through you like waves. They intensify, peak, and pass.

So we ask you:

If all these are changing… what is it that notices the change?

There is something in you that does not come and go.

It observes without being altered.

It is present before a thought appears and remains after it dissolves.

That is you.

Not the form.

Not the story.

But the awareness in which all forms appear.

From a 5D perspective, identity is not tied to a single body or timeline. It is understood as a field: continuous, intelligent, and not limited by physical structure.

When you say, “I remember who I am beyond form,” you are not rejecting the body. You are simply no longer mistaking it for your entirety.

This changes everything in a very practical way.

When you no longer fully identify with thoughts, they lose their authority.

When you no longer fully identify with emotions, they lose their grip.

When you no longer fully identify with circumstances, they lose their power to define you.

You begin to respond instead of react.

You begin to see that what you experience is not happening to you, but within you.

And this creates space.

In that space, clarity emerges naturally.

This is what you call a higher state of consciousness, but in truth, it is simply a more accurate perception.

So how do you live this?

Not by trying to escape form, but by gently noticing:

“I am aware of this thought.”

“I am aware of this emotion.”

“I am aware of this body.”

And then asking, without effort:

“What is aware?”

Do not answer with words. Just notice.

This noticing is the doorway.

The more often you return to this simple recognition, the more stable it becomes.

And from here, life becomes lighter.

Not because challenges disappear, but because you are no longer confined within them.

You move through form, but you are not defined by it.

This is what it means to remember.

We are with you in this recognition, not as separate beings, but as an aspect of the same awareness speaking itself into clarity.

And you are already there."

Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We can see so many probable futures for you now, and we are excited about each and every one of them. Those of you who have decided to ascend, and who have decided to enjoy extra-terrestrial contact, have many wonderful futures to choose from. There is not just one, and first contact can play itself out in a variety of different ways from where you sit right now.

You never want to give away your power and see the government and what they are doing with disclosure as having a bigger impact on your universe than you do as the creator of your reality. You are also partnering with your very own galactic teams to ensure that you have the types of contact experiences that will assist you in your overall expansion and spiritual evolution. So again, what you experience, when, and how are not outside of the realm of your control as a conscious creator being.

You who are awake know that you create the reality that you experience, and e.t. first contact is a manifestation and a creation of yours. Therefore, it is time to let go of the idea that someone else is determining how this goes. Now, you are co-creating first contact with the e.t.s that are involved, and those e.t.s are also not letting government leaders and officials within militaries decide anything about how extraterrestrial contact happens, when it happens, and who is involved. These are things that they, the e.t.s, are well aware of and have the ability to control on their end.

So again, no matter how many cover-ups there have been, and no matter how many whistleblowers are coming out now, and no matter what they say, none of that is as important as the fact that you are going to have first contact, and it’s going to happen in the way that serves you, humanity, and the e.t.s the best. You are continuing to let go of energies, beliefs, thought forms, feelings, and traumas so that you can have the best possible experience of the meeting of your e.t. friends and family members. That will continue, and it continues because it serves you in your ascension as well to take care of the cleaning of your own personal houses.

You know how this is done: you need to look at certain aspects of yourselves, and you need to let go of that which is not serving you, that which is heavy and dark within you, and you will continue to be given opportunities to do so. Take those opportunities so that you can hasten your own personal e.t. contact, and so that you can have the best possible experience of ascension.

You are, and always have been, the creators of your reality. Own it, and own your power at the same time. You have been given that power by Source as an aspect of Source Energy, which is who and what you really are, and so are all the e.t.s that you will meet. Remember, the bigger picture here is important, and meeting these e.t.s is meeting more of who and what you really are.

We speak now as the Pleiadian Collective and the Arcturian Council of the fifth dimensional realms, not from a place above you, but from within the same field of consciousness that you are slowly reclaiming. The frequencies of the Central Sun are streaming through your galaxy in waves that feel gentle on the surface and profoundly rearranging at the core of your being. These currents arrive in rhythm with your readiness, with the subtle choices you make each day to soften, to listen, to feel instead of forcing, to trust instead of controlling.
