Alex placed both hands on Mason’s shoulders as he pressed his lips against hers, she returned the kiss with a smile. “Thank you.” Giving a laugh as he mentioned the lap dance and she shook her head playfully. “I mean— can I have another lap dance or is this a one-time only thing?”

“Well Alex is your birthday of course you can have another but I just thought I should get dressed cause I think Emily was scarred enough.”

Since they were all in the private dining room Alex had just been making her rounds at the table talking and doing a birthday kiss here and there as she worked her way up to twenty-two. Stopping at her next part of the table, she smiled at the people there. “So birthday kiss is a tradition— which means you have to do it. We can kiss on the cheek or lips, but I gotta get to twenty-two so come on.” Teasing as she took their hand and pulled them up. “We’re at five right now so we’re getting there. Plus Zoey is coming around too so you better get your practice in.”

Mason smiled as he let himself be pulled closer and pressed his lips against Alex’s in a chaste kiss and pulled back with a smile. “Happy Birthday... I didn’t know what to get you so I hope the lapdance made up for it.”

Alex: Hey Mase, so on the 4th it's mine and Zoey's birthday. I want to have a surprise birthday dinner for her so I'm hoping if you're free and not working that you'll show up. What do you say?

Mase: I am working but I can work a deal out and get the day free, I'll get to celebrate two of my favorite people at the same time, I'll be there.

“Have you tried sleeping potions? I’m good, tired from work actually but that’s not new. Besides sleepy how are you, now that your workload is back to normal.”

“Did you run into ghosts or something?”, he joked. “I’m fine. I could be better if I didn’t have to go to classes but I can’t complain about much.”

“No, I have actually learned ghosts can be a real pain in the ass so I’m glad I didn’t take occultism. Just a lot of work and a lot of school work because I’m a senior so it’s just stressing me out.”

“I don’t understand a lot about occultism so I don’t even know if there’s something to be done to get... I don’t know rid of her or if you’re gonna have to endure her... I don’t know how long but that just means it’s been too long.”

Sleep had not been happening much for Blake as he was finding it harder and harder to sleep for some reason. Blake rested his hands on his desk, letting his head rest on top and let out a small sigh. “Maybe if I sit her quietly, no one would notice me and I can take a small nap…” He commented to himself.

“Well thankfully things have calmed down as they were, I think you deserve some rest Blake, not just a nap.”

“Yeah, yeah. Ukraine got us this time but we’ll be kicking the next team’s ass. In fact, my team is going to keep kicking ass and we’re going to get the championship this year. I know it.” Kara smirked as she sat in the quad, listening to the freshman that had come up and asked about what it felt like to be the captain of a losing team. Honestly, one loss wouldn’t kill them. This was room for growth, not for backing down. “Maybe you should try out for the team next year, freshie!” She called out to him as he scuttled away, smirking before looking back down at her book and muttering a word as she flipped the page. “Freshmen.”

Mason chuckled at the fleeing Freshman “If I were an air and in any way athletic I’d join for sure.”

Zoey wanted to talk to Mason. He’d been so great at the dance and after when he realized that Zoey and Jade had something going on. She knocked on his dorm room door, and when he opened it she launched herself into his arms for a hug. “Hey,” she said when she pulled away. “I just want to say thank you, for everything- the date, the being okay with all that happened at the dance. Just thank you.”

Mason had just woken up from a nap not so long ago and he was just chilling in his room when someone knocked on the door, his roommate was out so he put on a shirt before going over to see who it was. 

He was a little caught off guard by Zoey’s hug as soon as he opened his door. “Of course Zoey, you’re my friend and I love you and it’s obvious you like her and I think she likes you too otherwise she wouldn’t have done what she did, so you have nothing to worry about.”

Cole’s eyes flickered between the phone and Mason. “It’s fine, no problem. You alright?”

“Oh yeah, I’m alright, i’m just tired, rough night at work, how are you?”

“She’s not a demon, just a ghost, stuck between the here and the spirit world. But I think she’s here by choice to annoy me.” She looked over at Cecilia but got no confirmation. “I killed her. She was one of the witches with the hunters and I panicked because last time in a similar set up, I died so I killed her before she could kill me.”

“Well I understand why she’d be angry....” He said taking a deep breath. “But I’m sure she can also see why you did what you did. Isn’t there a way to make her go to... wherever it is she should be at?”

Spring! Is when the plants are the happiest

Mountain: What’s the furthest you’ve ever travelled?

Not very far and mostly here in America, I haven’t had the chance to travel that much cause of work

Forest: Where are you most calm?

When I’m cooking or singing

Depends on the thing but yes, for the most part I do

Greenhouse but it’s a public space so not really a hiding one.

I cook really well? I work really hard?

Soil: Have you ever planted something?

I’ve planted a lot actually, I help grandma with her garden and I have a garden at my own house.

Garden: Where were you at this time last week?

I don’t remember but it’s my day off so probably asleep.

Grass: Do you prefer to be outside or inside?

It mostly depends on my mood, sometimes I like to stay in my room, sometimes I need to be outside surrounded by either people or plants.

Bug: What’s your most irrational fear?

That I will never be good enough but I don’t know how irrational that is... It seems pretty rational to me.

Cave: Where’s your favourite hiding place?

Greenhouse but it’s a public space so not really a hiding one.

Spring

I don’t know which one is earliest but there’s one of me being alone in my room cause SS was just a baby and I was scared and Emily came and checked under my bed and inside the closet to make sure there were no monsters and I found and injured bird and I wanted to put it back on its nest but my aunt Artemis caught me and instead helped me heal the bird and then helped me put the bird back in its place.
