this isn’t my first rodeo on the hellsite ( or in the ygo fandom tbh ) and i’ve been through some shit™ in this scene and as such i’m now very selective && private for my own sanity. i probably won’t bother following back if i see no plausible way for our muses to interact. nothing personal.
this is my hobby not my jobby. i’m not online everyday as a forewarning. i cannot and will not be on to do replies all day of every day so if that’s what you’re looking for this isn’t the blog for you. i work from home as a graphic/charm designer so while most of my works will be online regardless i won’t be present every waking moment. please respect that.
my rl partners will always come first. yes, i am in a relationship ( wow ) && they both write on tumblr themselves. don’t constantly prod me for some reason as to why i reply more to certain people over others. it’s not intentional and everyone has their bias/preferences.
hiatuses can and will happen here depending on where my projects take me. this can include simply having to be off my blog to get extra graphic designs done for the week or even attending conventions to sell merch. life happens on everyone’s end and i’m not going to be made to feel guilty because of it again. so if you tend to jump on the insta block/unfollow bandwagon because i need a few weeks to take care of my shit do us both a favor and maybe don’t follow me at all.
if you have some sort of issue with prideshipping or casteshipping then don’t follow me because that’s the majority of what you’ll see here and i don’t care for your pushy whinny ‘but atem is a child and it’s pedophilia!’ bullshit considering according to the canon timeline atem is technically over 3,000 years old anyway which makes him a crusty ass old spirit so get the hell over yourself. take your opinions and block me, thanks.
if you glorify abuse/trauma, degradation, oversexualize a canon character who clearly has more interest in everything else in their life or capitalize on them being some sort of transphobe or homophobe i’m blocking your ass. safe to say i’m blocking your ass either way.
i don’t care for that callout culture/witch hunt/spotlight drama. if i see it and/or it comes across my dash and i see slandering or any sort of labeling or you simply shitting on someone in the tags regardless i will softblock and move on.
a majority of my free time is spent playing final fantasy 14 online. it’s a shitty pandemic and sometimes i don’t feel like sitting on my ass writing 24/7. don’t be pushy and don’t heckle me for replies. if you want my server info/character feel free to ask. because of my sporadic activity i do not endorse a time limit on threads, however if my partner does i will take their limit into account first and drop the thread as needed, nothing personal.
you do you. wanna format? cool. don’t wanna format? also cool. i’ll do my thing and you do yours. i won’t lay out any ground rules about that so i expect the same courtesy in return. i do however have a chronic case of asshole that flares up when someone tries to tell me how to run my scene so let’s not do that mmkay?
