So this winter and start of spring really were tough training wise. But I’m slowly getting back at it!
Sunday I squatted 2 back squats OTM × 10 minutes. At 115# Then some tabata cash outs (push ups, situps, and air squats)
Monday For time: 25 wall balls (14#) 200m run 15 clean and jerks (75#) 400m run 15 clean and jerks 200m run 25 wall balls

A little back rehab
I tweaked my back on Monday night at work trying to get a heavy box down from above my head level...ugh.
But I was able to get into my chiropractor and she was able to really loosen it up. Thank god.
So I took Tuesday and Wednesday as rest days, and yesterday did a little simpler version of a regionals workout.

It’s finally May! It’s also the boyfriend’s birthday. So I woke up and did the 530 am class with him (first part of his birthday present from me :).
