For once, Lukas actually felt quite sexy in his gypsy costume - it suited him, that was for sure. His dark hair and dark features complemented it well. Sure, it was still a girl’s costume and there was still a part of him that did feel ridiculous, but at least he didn’t have to dress as Princess Jasmine again. After making sure he looked the best he could look, Luke headed off to the opera house. He wasn’t the most social person in the world, but did at least try to make an effort now and again. On special occasions, mostly.
He headed down the stairs and over to the bar, ordering his first drink of the night before sitting down at one of the tables. There were a few faces he recognised, and others… well, others not so much. He really did need to get out more. Luke just sat back and watched the party, admiring the different costumes, and hoped Damien would find him soon.

To be honest, Damien wasn't entirely looking forward to this party. Socializing was not one of his favorite things to do. He'd much prefer to be at home with Lukas and their dog, sipping some whiskey or something calming. However, once he put on his costume and admired himself in the mirror, he had to admit that he looked damn good. And he grew a little more excited, especially when he knew his Lukas would be there.
It didn't take him long to find Lukas. He immediately spotted him at the bar as Damien was descending down the main staircase in the opera house. He took a second to look around, only recognizing maybe one or two faces and not many else. Huh. Apparently they had replaced the whole island with new people and he didn't notice. He fought through the crowd towards the bar, wrapping his arms around Luke's waist and pressing a light kiss to the side of his neck. "Mm, my sexy little gypsy," he purred. "How fitting."
