So I just watched Blumhouse's Truth or Dare and I have some questions about the rules.

Why is Colex (the demon) the only one allowed to give truths or dares? It's always the other players who assign tasks, not some outsider. Couldn't they have taken control of the game, or is Colex just pissing on the rules. And if players don't have the authority to give tasks, once Colex is a player (via Markie) it shouldn't be allowed to give tasks either. Right? Or does this game have no real rules and Colex is just fucking around?
