20/02/23 - first day back at uni after 6 months off !

Not only was I nervous that it was my first day back after such a long break, but it was also the start of my honours year 😱 didn’t get through everything I wanted to today but I think I still just need to find my feet….wish me luck 🤞🏻📑🧠 💻

Happy Sunday! Woke up at 8am, attended an online mass (the gospel today is be inclusive), downloaded the book How to Be a Stoic, and I’ve been doing schoolwork the whole morning. I’ll just finish my Gyne SGD manual, take a break and clean my fan, do a little cleaning, and study Pedia the whole afternoon!

I’m planning on taking my dog for a walk tonight and we are both excited about that.

All my energies have gone out of the window, and it's only Tuesday. My only desire is to climb into a blanket fort and never come back. At least today I got some reading done, and Harrow The Ninth is fucking my brain up so much but I love it. I was hoping to read a bit more than I did, but I am so tired I cannot focus on the page for the life of me.

Yes I know the date is wrong I forgot to post yesterday (typical me). Anyways I studied for an exam (it went eh) had an existential crisis + homesickness (at least I am going home in a week), had did not get coffee because UPI decided to die cause the bank servers were down and I didn't have cash on hand. It was a lowkey shit day but whatever.
