Tight Grip S2E2
Confessional: Last night, the mansion party was definitely a lot to handle. People knew that those two would clash, so I'm not sure as to what people expected, but today is a new day and there's just some things I need to get off my chest with Slim.
Nya was a little taken aback when Slim basically told her to stop dealing with her friends. It irritated her last night, but with a drunken mind she let it be. However, waking up it was still bothering her. She felt like her friends were a lot more CIVILISED than any of his friends, and being around them was getting her back to the old Nya. Not the girl constantly having nightmares about the man she ordered dead.
The bombshell was out on their suit balcony, doing some yoga.

Slim didn’t know what had gotten into Nya, but had a clue. She hadn’t been herself since her fiancé died. All reason to understand, but soon, she would have to accept the fact that he was gone and that they needed to move on. He was wrong to put that energy out there at the mansion party. His feelings didn’t change, but the conversation could have waited for when they were alone.
Confessional: I may not like some of the people Nya associate herself with, but there was a time and a place for that talk and the mansion party wasn’t it. I’m at fault for that and I can own up to my mistake.
Slim was shown walking into her space. He sat down. “Can we discuss last night?”
Nya was almost finished with her routine when Slim came outside. She finished her last stretch, and then began rolling her mat up. "You really showed me a different side last night. I've had the same friends since before we became a couple, I'm not changing because we're together." She stood up, and took from her bottle as she sat next to him.
Confessional: Me and Slim were friends before anything, so last night when he said what he said I was confused, because some of those actually have rode for me with no bumps in the road.
“Okay for me, the atmosphere you chose to put ya self in, not helping you cope with the reality that you are trying to avoid.” He sighed. “I could have told you that, you know what I’m sayin, but when you get in ya moods and you treating me a certain way, that shit bothers the fuck out of me bro.”
“We could talk to each other bout anything. Truth and all that. My truth hurts, but I do admit that I shouldn’t have went there, I was just angry and honestly, it’s out of frustration on how you been acting. You talkin bout you ain’t never see this side to me, yea, cause I never had to show it until now. You ain’t all that better tho. You showin me ya self too.”
